摘要:通過分析國內(nèi)外碳酸二甲酯生產(chǎn)工藝的現(xiàn)狀,采用尿素醇解法來生產(chǎn)碳酸二甲酯,針對(duì)目前生產(chǎn)工藝中存在的幾個(gè)難點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行工藝的改進(jìn),采用Aspen 軟件對(duì)年產(chǎn) 1.5 萬噸碳酸二甲酯生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算,經(jīng)過改進(jìn)后的生產(chǎn)工藝可使碳酸二甲酯的純度達(dá)到 99.8%,通過分析目前市場(chǎng)行情估算整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)投資,通過 Aspen 軟件對(duì)整個(gè)流程進(jìn)行物料衡算,熱量衡算,設(shè)備的計(jì)算等。關(guān)鍵詞:碳酸二甲酯;尿素醇解法;生產(chǎn)工藝;Aspen 軟件;經(jīng)濟(jì)分析; Abstract: Analyse DMC production technology at home and abroad, using Urea alcoholysis to produce DMC. To improve technology to solve some promble which exist presently. Using Aspen software to simulate technology flow of DMC.
