摘要
隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,我國的印染業(yè)也進入了高速發(fā)展期,設(shè)備和技術(shù)水平明顯提升,生產(chǎn)工藝和設(shè)備不斷更新?lián)Q代,印染企業(yè)尤其是民營印染企業(yè)發(fā)展十分迅速。但是,印染行業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中排放的“三廢”,尤其是廢水治理不當將會對環(huán)境造成嚴重污染,廢水排放量大,廢水中的污染物為有機好氧物質(zhì)、色度、堿及硫化物等,對水體自然景觀產(chǎn)生嚴重的損害。設(shè)計的原則是通過廢水綜合治理工程的建設(shè)達到保護環(huán)境、保護水資源、改善投資環(huán)境及旅游環(huán)境、保持企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目的。采取近遠期結(jié)合的方針,充分發(fā)揮建設(shè)項目的社會效益、環(huán)境效益和經(jīng)濟效益。選擇先進、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟合理的處理工藝技術(shù),為工程方案的盡早實施,為廢水處理廠的建設(shè)和運行創(chuàng)造良好的條件。
對于印染廢水的處理工藝,要求在高效節(jié)能,簡便易行和經(jīng)濟效益等各方面進行考慮,各種處理方法進行比較,最終選擇先通過混凝沉淀反應(yīng)去除大量的懸浮物和色度;然后進入接觸氧化池,經(jīng)過充足的曝氣,由好氧微生物降廢水中的有機物降解至既定的濃度。再經(jīng)過二沉池可確保達到排放標準。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計主要是用混凝沉淀和生物接觸氧化法來處理排放出來的印染廢水,該廢水的處理條件是設(shè)計日排放量為3000m3/d。

Adopts the near forward union the policy, Full display items of basic construction social efficiency, environment benefit and economic efficiency. Advanced chooses, the technical economy reasonable processing craft technology, for project plan as soon as possible implementation, for waste water processing factory construction and movement creation good condition.
For the treating process of wastewater treatment, it calls for considering at toward highly active energy conservation,simple and straightforward and economic benefit wait in all directions, different kinds of processing method proceed compare.ultimately select priority through the medium of coagulating sedimentation reaction removal substantive suspended matter and chroma; for into consideration Organic matter degradation solstice vested strength among then ingress contact oxidation pond,transit ample aeration,by aerobe drop waste water.Repass the Secondary Sedimentation Tanks it is enough to meet the national standards.
The printing and dyeing wastewater is discharged by the factory is treated by coagulant sedimentation and the biology tangency oxidizes method in the graduation design. Design conditions of the wastewater is 3000m3 a day.
