摘要
我國(guó)是世界上最大的煤炭生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)國(guó),也是世界上少數(shù)幾個(gè)以煤為主要能源的國(guó)家之一。我國(guó)排放的SO2 90%來(lái)自于燃煤。年排放總量在2000萬(wàn)噸左右,位居全球之首,由此造成的酸雨覆蓋面積超過(guò)國(guó)土總面積的1/3,年社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失近千億元。而火電廠(chǎng)的煙塵、SO2 排放量均居全國(guó)各行業(yè)的第一位,SO2 排放量占全國(guó)排放量的40%~50%,占“兩控區(qū)”內(nèi)排放量的59%以上。
本設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)火電廠(chǎng)燃煤廢氣的性質(zhì),采用靜電除塵,優(yōu)化雙循環(huán)濕式石灰石FGD工藝去除二氧化硫。靜電除塵具有除塵性能好,效率高,處理氣量大,能耗低,運(yùn)行費(fèi)用少等特點(diǎn),優(yōu)化雙循環(huán)濕式石灰石法具有石灰石的利用率大,運(yùn)行可靠,沒(méi)有備用吸收塔,可以多臺(tái)鍋爐使用一個(gè)吸收塔,脫硫率達(dá)90%以上,高的可達(dá)95%,凈化后煙氣經(jīng)冷卻塔排出而不進(jìn)煙囪,適合不同含硫量的煤種等特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)要去除的污染物,采取先用靜電除塵器除塵,再用優(yōu)化雙循環(huán)濕式石灰石法脫除二氧化硫。

Abstract
China is the world's largest coal producer and consumer country, and also is one of the few countries still using coal as the main energy in the world. 90% of national emissions of SO2 come from coal-fired. Emissions totaled in about 20 million tons, ranking first in the world. It results that the acid rains cover the total area of more than 1 / 3, losing nearly 1,000 billion Yuan in economic. The smoke of the thermal power plant and SO2 emissions from all sectors are both in the nation's first. SO2 emissions account for national emissions of 40 percent to 50 percent, and the "two-controlled areas" in emissions of 59 percent or more.
The design for coal-fired thermal power plant emissions of nature, uses the electrostatic dust removal, and uses optimization of two-cycle wet limestone FGD technology to remove the sulphur dioxide. The electrostatic dust removal has good performance, high efficiency ,large gas processing, low energy consumption, operating costs less and many others features. Optimization of two-cycle wet limestone FGD technology has the features of high utilization of limestone, reliable operation, without backup absorber, able to use more than one boiler with a absorber, desulfurization rate of 90 percent, up to 95 percent higher, purified gas from the cooling tower into the chimney instead of chimney, suitable for different sulphur coal, and so on. According to the removal of pollutants, taking first to use electrostatic precipitator dust, removing the sulphur dioxide by optimization of two-cycle wet limestone FGD technology then.
