摘 要
刮板輸送機是一種撓性牽引的連續(xù)輸送機械,是為了采煤工作面和采區(qū)巷道運煤布置的機械。它的牽引構件是刮板鏈,承載裝置是中部槽,刮板鏈安置在中部槽的槽面。中部槽沿運輸線路全線鋪設,刮板鏈繞經(jīng)機頭,機尾的鏈輪接成封閉形置于中部槽中,與滾筒采煤機和輸送機推移裝置配套,實現(xiàn)落煤、裝煤、運煤以及推移輸送機械化。沿輸送機全長都可向溜槽中裝煤,裝入中部槽中的煤被刮板鏈拖拉,在中部槽內(nèi)滑行到卸載端卸下。
用刮板輸送機運送散碎物料的方式20世紀初出現(xiàn)于工業(yè)發(fā)達的英國。早期的刮板輸送機結構簡單輕便,僅用作運煤,需人工裝煤,運輸能力低,每小時最多只能運幾十噸;輸送機長度只有幾十米;功率小,牽引鏈的強度也不高。經(jīng)過多年的改進和發(fā)展,目前綜采礦用的刮板輸送機除了運煤之外,還有四種功能:給采煤機作運行軌道;為拉移液壓支架作伸縮油缸的固定點;清理工作面的浮煤;懸掛電纜、水管、乳化液管等。
本說明書主要介紹了輸送機傳動部的設計計算。SGZ730/400型輸送機傳動部主要是由一個電動機、減速箱和液力偶合器組成,該輸送機內(nèi)橫向布置,電動機輸出的動力經(jīng)由三級傳動的圓錐圓柱齒輪減速速器傳動。在設計過程中,對傳動部的軸、傳動齒輪、軸承和聯(lián)接用的花鍵等部件進行了設計計算、強度校核和選用。本說明書主要針對主要部件的設計計算和強度校核進行了敘述和介紹。

Abstract
