摘 要
在本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的課題是接線片沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計,通過對零件的分析可知,該零件所用的材料是黃銅,大批量生產(chǎn),在經(jīng)過方案比較,選擇復(fù)合沖裁和單工序彎曲作為該副模具工藝生產(chǎn)方案,即容易加工又經(jīng)濟(jì);經(jīng)過計算分析完成該模具的主要設(shè)計計算;選出符合該模具的定位方式、卸料方式、導(dǎo)向方式;設(shè)計模具的工作部分即凸、凹模、凸凹模的設(shè)計,選擇模具的材料和確定每個零件。
其中模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是這次設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容,其內(nèi)容包含了一系列模具的重要零部件的設(shè)計。
