汾西礦業(yè)集團水泥廠地面變電所的設計
摘 要
本設計根據(jù)汾西礦業(yè)集團下屬某水泥廠的電力負荷資料,做出了該水泥廠的35KV變電所的整體設計,包括負
荷計算及無功補償、系統(tǒng)主接線方案的選擇、高壓電氣設備的選擇、短路電流的計算及對所選的高壓電氣設備
的校驗、繼電保護的設計、防雷及接地的設計等。本設計以實際負荷為依據(jù),以變電所最佳運行方式為基礎,
按照有關(guān)規(guī)定和規(guī)范,做出了滿足該水泥廠生產(chǎn)需求的設計。
設計中先對負荷進行了統(tǒng)計與計算,選出了所需的主變壓器型號,然后根據(jù)負荷性質(zhì)及對供電可靠性要求擬定
主接線設計,考慮到短路對系統(tǒng)的嚴重影響,設計中進行了短路電流計算。設計中還對主要高壓電氣設備做出
了選擇與計算,如斷路器、隔離開關(guān)、 壓開關(guān) 等。 還進行了繼電保護以及防雷保護的設計和計算,
高了整 變電所的 性。

ABSTRACT
This is an overall 35KV substation design of a cement plant, which is affiliated
to the FenXi Mining Group. And the design is based on the statistics of the
cement factory. The design includes load calculation and reactive power
compensation, the choice of system main wiring scheme, selection of high voltage
electrical equipment, the calculation of short-circuit current and high voltage
electrical equipment of the selected calibration, the relay protection design,
the lightning protection and grounding design and so on. This design based on
the actual load, the substation optimal operation mode, the relevant regulations
and norms, is in accordance with the demand of the cement production.
Firstly, I collect the statistics and make calculation. Based on the calculation
result, I choose the main transformer model. Secondly, according to the nature
of the load and the power supply reliability requirements to formulate the main
wiring design, considering the influence of short circuit on the system, and in
the design of the short circuit current calculation. Besides, in the design of
the main high voltage electrical equipment has made the selection and
calculation, such as circuit breaker, disconnecting switch, low-voltage
switchgear, etc. And lastly, the design and calculation of the relay protection
and lightning protection, improve the security of the whole substation.
