題目: 臥式磁性研磨機(jī)床設(shè)計
摘 要
本課題對磁性研磨的加工機(jī)理和影響磁性研磨的加工因素進(jìn)行了較為全面和深入的研究。對磁性磨粒各成
分在磁性研磨中所起的作用進(jìn)行了分析;對磁性磨粒各成分在磨粒中所占比例不同時對表面加工質(zhì)量所造成的
影響進(jìn)行了比較。
此外,通過分析研究有關(guān)資料,對影響磁性研磨加工的工藝參數(shù)。如:加工時間、加工區(qū)域磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度、
工件的回轉(zhuǎn)速度、工件的軸向振動、加工間隙和工件的材質(zhì)等進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的研究,為這項新型的光整技術(shù)
的地推廣及應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上又進(jìn)行了臥式磁性研磨機(jī)床主軸箱的設(shè)計。

Abstract
This paper presents comprehensive and deep research on the Mechanism of
Magnetic Abrasive Finishing process and factors. And analysis the role of which
the magnetic abrasive grinding components had played on the magnetic; Debris on
the magnetic component of the abrasive share of time on the surface machining
quality caused by the impact of comparisons.
In addition,by analysising the data, the effects of magnetic machining
parameters. Such as : processing time and regional magnetic induction, the
rotating speed of the workpiece, the workpiece axial vibration, clearance and
processing of the workpiece materials are carried out a more detailed study,have
laid a foundation for this new type of optical technology to the whole promotion
and application . Finally, on this basis,I have design the horizontal magnetic
grinder spindle box.
