HKD640微型客車設(shè)計(前橋、前懸架與轉(zhuǎn)向系設(shè)計)
摘 要
本次設(shè)計中我的設(shè)計任務微型客車的前橋、前懸架與轉(zhuǎn)向系設(shè)計。由于本車前橋采用了麥弗遜式獨立懸架,所以前橋采用與之相配合的斷開式車橋,屬于轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動橋。前懸架有獨立懸架與非獨立懸架之分,本車前懸架采用了麥弗遜式獨立懸架,其優(yōu)點是增加懸架了兩前輪內(nèi)測的空間,便于發(fā)動機和起一些不簡單布置。主要對懸架的性能參數(shù)進行確定,對彈性元件進行了計算,并選擇了合適的減振器。通過對懸架主要參數(shù)的設(shè)計與計算,從而保證本車的行駛平順性與減震性能。汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系的設(shè)計主要包括了轉(zhuǎn)向前橋設(shè)計,轉(zhuǎn)向器選擇的是循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器,并通過計算使之符合設(shè)計要求,并對專項題型進行計算,并通過優(yōu)化使之接近理想狀態(tài)。為保障整車性能,在設(shè)計時盡量對前橋和轉(zhuǎn)向系進行優(yōu)化。
設(shè)計中,主要通過查看實際車輛,總結(jié)課本知識,翻閱有關(guān)汽車方面的文章來研究前橋、前懸架和轉(zhuǎn)向系,并驗算了有關(guān)零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)強度和剛度。最后進行了設(shè)計總結(jié)。
