摘 要往復(fù)活塞式壓縮機(jī)是容積式壓縮機(jī)的一種，是利用活塞在氣缸中對(duì)流體進(jìn)行擠壓，使流體壓力提高并排出的壓縮機(jī)械。熱力、動(dòng)力計(jì)算是壓縮機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中基本的，又是最重要的一項(xiàng)工作，根據(jù)用戶提供的成分、氣量、壓力等參數(shù)要求，經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算得到壓縮機(jī)的相關(guān)參數(shù)，如級(jí)數(shù)、列數(shù)、氣缸尺寸、軸功率等。經(jīng)過(guò)動(dòng)力計(jì)算得到活塞式壓縮機(jī)的受力情況。準(zhǔn)確地分析機(jī)組受力情況，對(duì)于消除機(jī)組的振動(dòng)非常重要。在變工況條件下，需要快速實(shí)現(xiàn)核算原設(shè)計(jì)的飛輪是否滿足運(yùn)行要求?；钊綁嚎s機(jī)熱力計(jì)算、動(dòng)力計(jì)算的結(jié)果將為各部件圖形以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)提供原始數(shù)據(jù)，其計(jì)算結(jié)果的精確程度體現(xiàn)了壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)水平，也是壓縮機(jī)研究方面的一個(gè)課題。關(guān)鍵詞：活塞式壓縮機(jī); 熱力計(jì)算; 動(dòng)力計(jì)算;氣缸；曲軸AbstractReciprocating piston compressor is a volume compressor, which is to increase pressure to discharge fluid by piston.
