Ask students to look at the picture in 1a.Then read the words on the left.Match the words with the people in the picture. Check the answers with students. Step 3 Listening Work on 1b,2a and 2b. 1. Play the recording for the first time.Students only listen. 2. Play the recording again and ask students to complete 1b,2a and 2b. 3. Check the answers in 1b,2a and 2b. Step 4 Pairwork Work on 1c and 2c. 1. Role-play the conversation in 1a.Then talk about the other people in the picture. A:That’s my family.Those are my parents. B:Who’s she? A:She’s my sister.Oh,and these are my brothers. 2. Practice the conversations in pairs and role-play them. 3. A: Who’s she? B: She’s Cindy. A: Who’s he? B: He’s her father. Step 5 Role-play Work on 2d. Look at the picture in 2d.This is Sally and Kate’s family.Read the conversation first.The look at the picture and guess who they are. Ask students to practice the conversation in group of three .Then ask some students to act out the conversation. Language points 1. family家;家庭 若指家庭整體是單數(shù)名詞;若指一個家庭里的全體成員,則是復(fù)數(shù)名詞。 2.those 那些 that為其單數(shù)形式。它是指空間或時間上較遠(yuǎn)的人或事物。 3.This is my sister.這是我的姐姐。(教材第7頁) 這個句型用于把一個人介紹給另一個人,當(dāng)距離介紹的人相對位置較遠(yuǎn)時,可用“That is...” 意為“那是……”,一般不用“He is...”或“She is...”。當(dāng)場合很正式時,用全名介紹雙方更 有禮貌一些,當(dāng)被介紹的人是兩個或兩個以上時,要用“These are ...”或“Those are ...”。 【注意】(1)在打電話時,常用“This is ...”表示“我是……”而不用“I am ...”。 (2) This is不能用縮寫形式。 4.Those are my parents.那是我的父母。(教材第11頁) (1)parents意為“父母親”,等于father and mother。 【拓展】parent父親或母親,等于father or mother。 (2) parents是parent的復(fù)數(shù)形式。在英語中,名詞可分為可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞,可數(shù)名 詞有單數(shù)和復(fù)數(shù)之分,表示單一數(shù)量的人或物用單數(shù)形式,表示兩個或兩個以上的人或物要 用復(fù)數(shù)形式。 不可數(shù)名詞沒有單數(shù)和復(fù)數(shù)之分。 如:water(水);rice(米飯);hair(頭發(fā)) 5.Who is she?她是誰?(教材第11頁) who意為“誰”,是疑問代詞的主格形式,常在句中做主語。其賓格形式是whom。 注意:其答語形式應(yīng)為She is X X. Ask students to read the sentences in the grammar box by themselves.Pay attention to the Demonstrative Pronouns“this”“that”“these”“those”,observe the short forms. Step 4 Group work Bring some family photos to class.Take turns to ask and answer questions about the photos. 語法拓展 一、指示代詞this,that,these與those的用法 1.將一個人介紹給另一個人時,常用句式“This/That is...” These are my friends,Cindy and Julie.這些是我的朋友,辛迪和朱莉。 2. these意為“這些”,是this的復(fù)數(shù)形式,指空間或時間上較近的事物;those意為“那些”, 是that的復(fù)數(shù)形式,指空間和時間上較遠(yuǎn)的事物。 These aren’t our photos,those are our photos.這些不是我們的照片,那些才是我們的照片。 3. 這四個指示代詞用于疑問句時,要注意其答語。當(dāng)this,that作問句的主語時,回答時指物 用it 代替this,that,指人用he或she代替;當(dāng)these,those作問句的主語時,回答時用they代 替 these,those。 —Is this your pen?這是你的鋼筆嗎? —Yes,it is.是的,這是。 He’s my cousin.那是我的表哥。 —Are those your students?那些是你的學(xué)生嗎? —No,they aren’t.不,他們不是。 2、 who引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句 who引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句通常用來詢問人的姓名和身份,可以用來詢問男性、女性、單數(shù)或者 復(fù)數(shù)的人。常用句型“Who is+人稱代詞主格單數(shù)+?/Who are +人稱代詞主格復(fù)數(shù)+?”。 注意:回答形式應(yīng)為“人稱代詞主格+is/are+...”,不能回答為“It is/That is/These are/Those are”。 3、 人稱代詞(主格) 人稱代詞分為主格和賓格兩種形式,主格在句中作主語,位于動詞之前,賓格在句中作動詞 或介詞的賓語,放在動詞或介詞之后。(本單元主要學(xué)習(xí)主格) Exercise parent,sister,grandfather,brother,aunt 1、 用方框中所給詞的適當(dāng)形式填空。 1. Language points 1. aunt姑母;姨母;伯母;嬸母;舅母 在英語中,比自己年長一輩的除母親以外的所有女性親屬均稱之為aunt。其對應(yīng)詞是uncle (姑父;姨夫;伯父;叔父;舅父)。其后接名字時,首字母需大寫。 如:Aunt Mary瑪麗阿姨;Uncle Tom湯姆叔叔 2.These are my parents and this is my grandma.這是我的父母,這是我的(外)祖母。(教材第10頁) and并列連詞,意為“和”。它可以連接兩個單詞、短語或句子,表示并列關(guān)系。 Jenny and Alice are my good friends.珍妮和艾麗斯是我的好朋友。 I like bread and milk.我喜歡面包和牛奶。 This is a book,and that’s a pencil.這是一本書,那是一支鉛筆。 3.This is my friend,Lin Fang.這是我的朋友,林芳。(教材第10頁) 句中Lin Fang表示進(jìn)一步解釋或說明my friend的情況,作my friend的同位語。跟在名詞或 代詞的后面,對其進(jìn)一步解釋或說明的名詞或代詞等,稱作同位語。 This is my cousin,Kate.這是我表妹,凱特。 That is my teacher,Miss Zhang.那是我的老師,張女士。 Exercise 1、 根據(jù)句意及漢語提示完成單詞。 1. Language points 1.Here are two nice photos of my family.這是我的兩幅漂亮的家庭照片。(教材第11頁) (1)在英語中,把東西介紹給對方時,常用Here be(is/are) ...這一倒裝句型。其中be動詞 的單復(fù)數(shù)并不取決于here,而是由其后真正的主語決定。主語是可數(shù)名詞單數(shù)時用be動詞 is,主語是可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)時,用be動詞are。 Here is a book.這兒有本書。 以上例句中的主語是a book,句子的語序不能隨意改變。但是如果主語是代詞時,則主語位 于be動詞前。 Here you are.給你。 Here it is.東西在這兒。 (2) “某人的家庭照片”有兩種說法;a photo of one’s family=one’s family photo 【拓展】①of作介詞,意為“……的。”在英語中表示無生命的所有格,一般用of 構(gòu)成短 語來表示所屬關(guān)系。 Coco is the name of my dog.蔻蔻是我的狗的名字。 ②photo一般特指“拍攝的圖片”,即照片,相當(dāng)于picture,但是picture也做“圖畫”講,此 時不能與photo互換,注意photo的復(fù)數(shù)為photos。 2. In the next picture are my brothers.我的兄弟們在下一張圖片中。(教材第11頁) (1) 該句也是一個倒裝句,起強(qiáng)調(diào)作用,其正確的位置為:My brothers are in the next picture. (2) 在某個圖片中用in。 如:in the first picture=in Picture one在第一幅圖中 (3) next adj.&n.下一個(的);接下來(的) 如:in the next day在第二天 1、 根據(jù)句意及漢語提示填空。 1. The girl__________(在這里) is my sister Kate. 2.
