摘要
本次設計主要是臥式超聲珩磨機床的總體設計,根據(jù)設計的內(nèi)容要求,將對CA6140型車床進行改進,使其達到滿足一定要求的臥式珩磨機床。
該設計首先從超聲珩磨機床的主要功用開始,介紹了當今的珩磨加工工藝、超聲技術以及珩磨機床的應用和發(fā)展。然后又針對機床的總體布局進行分析,通過對設計要求的分析,設計出符合一定要求的夾具和液壓系統(tǒng)。之后,就是對導軌的比壓進行計算,來驗證導軌的剛度是否符合要求。
當然,本次設計的重點是對液壓系統(tǒng)的設計與分析,根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)在工作時的
受力情況和速度分析,來確定選擇合適的液壓缸及其尺寸。對其液壓系統(tǒng)在快進、工進和快退不同階段的情況分析,畫出符合條件的速度——功率圖、力——速度圖和流量速度圖。然后,通過對不同液壓系統(tǒng)的分析來確定適合的液壓系統(tǒng)來,并且選擇符合要求的各個控制元件以及油管、油箱和液壓油等等。在確定適合的液壓系統(tǒng)之后,就是對液壓系統(tǒng)的驗算和修改。通過對油溫度的驗算,來確定是否需要冷卻。壓力的損失和功率的計算來驗證所選擇的液壓系統(tǒng)是否符合要求。到此液壓系統(tǒng)的設計完成。

Of course, this is designed to focus on the hydraulic system design and analysis, According to the force and velocity of the hydraulic system in the work, to determine the choice of hydraulic cylinder and its size. Its hydraulic system in the Fast Forward, the fast and retreat into different stages of the analysis, to give qualifying speed - Power chart, force—speed chart and flow- velocity map. Then, through the different hydraulic system analysis to determine the appropriate hydraulic system, and chosen the requirements of various control components and tubing, fuel tanks and hydraulic oil, and so on. After determined the appropriate hydraulic system, it is the right of checking and revision the hydraulic system. By checking the temperature of the oil to determine which it is need for cooling. The loss of pressure and calculation of power verify whether the hydraulic systems are reached for the requirements. Therefore, hydraulic system design is completed.
