摘要
液壓千斤頂又稱油壓千斤頂，是一種采用活塞或液壓缸作為剛性頂舉件的千斤頂。 簡單起重設備一般只備有起升機構，用以起升重物。構造簡單、重量輕、便于攜帶，移動方便。廣泛應用于建筑、橋梁、公路鐵路建設、汽車維修、船舶維修等部門。
液壓千斤頂是典型的利用液壓傳動來工作的設備。液壓傳動是利用液體作為工作介質來傳遞能量和進行控制的傳動方式，液壓傳動是根據17世紀帕斯卡提出的液體靜壓力傳動原理發(fā)展起來的一門新技術是工農業(yè)中廣為引用的技術。通過手動泵將油箱中的液壓油通過管閥送到液壓缸的底部來頂起活塞舉升重物。其將液壓能轉化成機械能，利用了密閉容器中止?jié)L體的壓力以同樣大小向四周傳遞的特性，具有輸出推力大的有點。
