汽車變速箱（北京130 CAS5-20）的設(shè)計
[摘要］根據(jù)北京130汽車發(fā)動機的參數(shù)，以及該型汽車的使用條件，本著結(jié)構(gòu)簡單合理、性能可靠、安全實用、增加功能、降低成本，力求更好的原則來設(shè)計與改進了變速箱。說明書中詳細包括了變速器的原理結(jié)構(gòu)，以及注意的問題。隨后是變速器零件的測量設(shè)計，先確定傳動方案和預設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)方案，中心距,再選擇變速器的主要參數(shù)，然后對軸的強度進行校核。最后，根據(jù)制造、裝配的工藝性和使用要求，確定結(jié)構(gòu)。最后介紹了一下變速箱的常見的故障及其排除。

Abstract： According to Peking 130 cars launch the parameter of the machine, and automotive usage in that type term, be in the light of the construction simple reasonable ,the function is dependable ,and the safety is practical, and increase the function, and decline the low cost principle, trying hard for the better principle to design and improve the machine gearbox. the manual inside was detailed to include the principle construction of the gearbox, and advertent problem. The following is principle construction that many gearboxes spare parts of the diagraph designs, First make sure the project of conversion and the assumption of establish the construction project, the center， then the main parameter of the gearbox in choice. Later , proceed check figures to the axial strength.At last, according to the manufacturing, constructional craft with usage request, certain construction details. Introduced finally to become once soon familiar breakdown and its exclusions of the box.
