摘 要
P-90B耙斗裝載機(jī)屬于礦井巷道掘進(jìn)的裝巖設(shè)備，是耙裝機(jī)和轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)“合二為一”的機(jī)型?？煞Q之為轉(zhuǎn)載式耙斗裝巖機(jī)。在巷道掘進(jìn)中，作為裝載設(shè)備的裝巖機(jī)有多種，主要分耙斗式、鏟斗式裝巖機(jī)兩種。P-90B耙斗裝載機(jī)是一種用絞車牽引耙斗把巖石裝入礦車的機(jī)械。其符號(hào)的意義是：P—— 耙斗式；90——耙斗的容積為0.9；B——設(shè)計(jì)序號(hào)。它適用于巷道凈高大于2m，斷面為5以上的巷道。
為了適應(yīng)大斷面礦井快速掘進(jìn)的要求，從而解決裝載速度不能滿足掘進(jìn)速度要求的矛盾，論文中以耙斗裝巖機(jī)的生產(chǎn)率和耙斗容積為已知條件，通過大量的計(jì)算、推理和論證，設(shè)計(jì)了耙斗裝巖機(jī)的減速器、工作滾筒、空程滾筒等絞車主要部件。其中工作滾筒和空程滾筒的傳動(dòng)部分采用行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)來完成，具有操作省力、靈活，調(diào)整簡便，事故少，維修工作量小的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)在吸取成型產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上完成了耙斗裝巖機(jī)的絞車設(shè)計(jì)。
P-90B耙斗裝載機(jī)主要由鋼絲繩、耙斗、機(jī)架、臺(tái)車、操作機(jī)構(gòu)和絞車等部分組成。這種裝載機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)為裝載能力大、裝巖效率高、安全可靠、故障少、易維修、使用范圍廣、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，便于制造等等。但體積大、鋼絲繩磨損快。
