摘要
分切機是一種將寬幅紙張或薄膜分切成多條窄幅材料的機械設(shè)備，常用于造紙機械及印刷包裝機械。然而，目前國內(nèi)分切機的現(xiàn)狀及其與一些國際知名品牌之間存在的較大大差距，因此分析國內(nèi)分切機特點，結(jié)合一些國際知名品牌設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，吸取國內(nèi)外一些知名品牌制造廠商的控制經(jīng)驗和新的控制思想。從基本結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計思路、張力檢測及控制、等方面進行改進。對國產(chǎn)設(shè)備逐步取代進口設(shè)備具有非常重要的意義。

ABSTRACT
Slitter is a wide-format paper or film to be cut into more than a narrow range of materials machincal equipment， commonly used in paper making machinery and printing and packaging machinery. However， the current status is which has large gaps between a number of international brands and domestic slitter. Therefor， analysis the characteristics of domestic cutting machine， combined with some international famous brand design experience， to learn some domestic and abroad well-known brand manufacturers controling experience and the new controling ideas. Improving it in the basic structure， design ideas， tension measurement， control， and other aspects.It has very important significance that ??equipment made by domestic to gradually replace the imported equipment.
