摘 要
本文主要是對(duì)YC4110發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)飛輪殼加工工藝過(guò)程和后端面鉆模夾具進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),先說(shuō)明了研究目的和意義及其現(xiàn)狀,再分析這次設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容及方法。通過(guò)對(duì)飛輪殼的工作條件、結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)要求的了解,對(duì)YC4100發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)飛輪殼進(jìn)行加工工藝編制。本文對(duì)夾具設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)知識(shí)進(jìn)行了整合,并提出了在夾具設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題和應(yīng)遵守的原則。在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外夾具的設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)中小企業(yè)廣泛使用夾具常出現(xiàn)的情況,我們有必要對(duì)夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),具有現(xiàn)代機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)知識(shí),這樣可有效地提高夾具設(shè)計(jì)的速度和質(zhì)量,從而提高企業(yè)效益。此外,本文順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),利用CAD繪出產(chǎn)品零件及產(chǎn)品的夾具裝配圖同時(shí),該設(shè)計(jì)還培養(yǎng)了自己綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí),獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的能力,以及分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力。

ABSTRACT
This paper is YC4110 engine flywheel shell after processing techniques and the drill mold design, face first shows research purpose and meaning and its current situation, and then analyze the design content and method. Through to the flywheel shell working conditions, structure, technical requirements of understanding, YC4100 engine flywheel shell to carry on the processing of machining process. This paper on fixture design related knowledge integration, and puts forward the fixture design problems should be paid attention to and shall comply with the principles. In domestic and abroad fixture design based on an analysis of the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, widely used in the fixture often appeared, it is necessary for us to carry on the design, have modern fixture of the machine tool's fixture design knowledge, which can effectively improve the speed and quality of fixture design, so as to improve the enterprise benefit. In addition, this paper conform to the development trend of modern machinery design, use CAD drawing parts and products of fixture design at the same time, the assembly still developed my comprehensive knowledge learned, independently completed product design ability, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems.
