718 CK6136數(shù)控臥式車床機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),718,CK6136數(shù)控臥式車床機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),ck6136,數(shù)控,臥式,車床,機(jī)械,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 CK6136臥式數(shù)控車床機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)介紹了數(shù)控機(jī)床的特點(diǎn)及其在制造中的應(yīng)用，對(duì)數(shù)控機(jī)床的功能特點(diǎn)作了較為詳盡的分析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了數(shù)控機(jī)床系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)從總體入手，再進(jìn)行主傳動(dòng)和橫向進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，最后設(shè)計(jì)控制系統(tǒng)。首先分析數(shù)控車床的加工特點(diǎn)及其優(yōu)點(diǎn)，從而知道數(shù)控車床在加工中的重要性，確定此次設(shè)計(jì)的背景。主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)是機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)中非常重要的組成部分，其設(shè)計(jì)主要由機(jī)床的級(jí)數(shù)入手，于結(jié)構(gòu)式、結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)及轉(zhuǎn)速圖擬定，再到齒輪和軸的設(shè)計(jì)，最后進(jìn)行齒輪和軸的核算。橫向進(jìn)給部分則對(duì)滾珠絲杠螺母副進(jìn)行選擇計(jì)算，再選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)，使之滿足對(duì)機(jī)床的各項(xiàng)需求?？刂葡到y(tǒng)部分的設(shè)計(jì)是通過各種輔助電路設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到對(duì)數(shù)控車床的整體控制。此次設(shè)計(jì)的成果是出一張總體機(jī)構(gòu)圖和一張主軸箱部件展開圖及一張橫向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)部件圖。 關(guān)鍵詞：數(shù)控車床；主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)；橫向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)；控制系統(tǒng) ABSTRACT Horizontal CNC Lathe CK6136 mechanical design features of CNC machine tools are introduced and their application in manufacturing of CNC machine features a more detailed analysis made, and on this basis, given the system structure of CNC machine tools.
