Φ900×900溢流型球磨機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
摘 要
球磨機(jī)是通過圓筒內(nèi)的鋼球在材料之上作用來碾磨材料的,是一種能有效的碾磨多種材料的工具。其被廣泛地被用于建材、化工、選礦等行業(yè)。
球磨機(jī)的能量利用率很低,這和物料在磨內(nèi)分布情況有極大的關(guān)系。越靠近筒體的外層運(yùn)動軌跡,研磨作用越大。而磨機(jī)實際生產(chǎn)時,物料進(jìn)入筒體就直接落入內(nèi)層,內(nèi)層的物料要經(jīng)過較長時間才能進(jìn)入外層充分碾磨,從而損失了大量能量。
我根據(jù)一些原始的數(shù)據(jù)通過計算來完成傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,首先計算總傳動比確定傳動方案,然后根據(jù)傳動方案的參數(shù),選擇齒輪的齒數(shù),模數(shù)等來完成減速器的設(shè)計,最后再完成邊緣傳動的設(shè)計,并對各軸的剛度和強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行校核,以完成傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。

Abstract
Ball mill winch grinds material by rotating a cylinder with steel grinding balls, is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder. It is widely used in building material, chemical industry, etc.
The ball mill energy use factor is low, the distribution situation has the enormous relations with the material in grinding. Therefore discovered more approached the grinding machine outer layer, the abrasive action is bigger. When grinding machine actual production, the materials entered the mill to fall directly the inner layer, the process dynamics analysis, the inner layer material had to through the long time to enter the outer layer, reduced the production efficiency greatly.
I according to the number of original data through calculation to design the drive system, first calculate the total transmission ratio to determine the transmission scheme, then according to the parameter selection scheme of transmission, the gear teeth, modulus to complete the design of speed reducer, finally finished edge transmission design, and the axial stiffness and strength check, to complete the design of transmission system.
