摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為擋條套注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了側(cè)抽芯類塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
本塑件的兩側(cè)都有凸臺(tái)，且塑件比較小，采用斜導(dǎo)柱側(cè)抽芯比較困難，所以采用了頂桿平移式抽芯，這種設(shè)計(jì)還避免了設(shè)計(jì)頂出頂桿，有利于模具的簡(jiǎn)化，且是自動(dòng)脫模取件，工作效率明顯提高，這是這種模具的方便之處。解決了側(cè)抽芯時(shí)的干涉問(wèn)題，把頂出與側(cè)抽芯動(dòng)作結(jié)合起來(lái)。這種機(jī)構(gòu)脫?？煽浚O(shè)計(jì)方便且在模具中占用空間較小，非常適合在本副模具中使用。

Abstract
