摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)的題目是加工轉(zhuǎn)換支架的復(fù)合模具,通過(guò)對(duì)方案的選擇排樣的計(jì)算,沖壓力的計(jì)算和壓力中心確定的計(jì)算以及凸凹模刃口的計(jì)算等使本副模具基本符合沖壓要求。
復(fù)合模具的精度要求很高導(dǎo)向要求十分精確,在設(shè)計(jì)本副模具時(shí)遇到很大的阻力經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)各方案的選擇和排除最終才選擇此方案。通過(guò)近三周的拼搏,本副級(jí)進(jìn)模具設(shè)計(jì)終于完成。。
由于設(shè)計(jì)者的能力所限,設(shè)計(jì)中的不足之處還有好多。還有復(fù)合模具益采用四角導(dǎo)柱模架—《實(shí)用模具技術(shù)手冊(cè)》,本模具的沖裁力不大精度基本能保證的前提下選擇了中間導(dǎo)柱模架。相信不久本模具投入市場(chǎng)一定能帶來(lái)很好的效益服務(wù)大眾,服務(wù)社會(huì)。

There is compound die that enters benefit of the mould and adopts four mao and leads the post mould shelf - " practical mould technical manual ", the blanking strength of this mould leads the post mould shelf the middle not quite choosing under the prerequisite that the precision can be guaranteed basically. Can unquestionably bring very good benefit and serve the general public to invest the market while believing a mould soon, serve the society.
