Abstract
With fast development of science technology, Numerical control lathe is widely used in the mechanical manufacturing industry. Compared with ordinary lathe, the numerical control lathe has its great superiority in boosting productivity, lightening worker's labor intensity, reducing the production cost and increasing benefit.
This design including the main movement of engine bed design, longitudinal enters for the design. the main movement of engine bed design includes
the Selection of Main electrical machinery, the determination of the main movement Program,the gear modulus computation and the examination, the main axle rigidity examination. longitudinal enters includes the Selection of Ball bearing guide screw and stepper motor.
