624 兼容殘疾人座椅的中型客車輪椅升降機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),兼容,殘疾人,座椅,中型,客車,輪椅,升降,機(jī)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）報(bào)告紙共 頁(yè) 第 頁(yè)┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊裝┊┊┊┊┊訂┊┊┊┊┊線┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊摘 要隨 著 人 口 老 齡 化 問(wèn) 題 的 日 益 嚴(yán) 重 ， 老 年 人 和 殘 疾 人 的 出 行 ， 在 任何 國(guó) 家 都 會(huì) 是 一 個(gè) 問(wèn) 題 。 對(duì) 這 個(gè) 問(wèn) 題 解 決 的 程 度 如 何 ， 反 映 著 一 個(gè) 社會(huì) 從 科 技 水 平 到 人 文 關(guān) 懷 等 各 方 面 的 發(fā) 達(dá) 程 度 。 但 一 直 以 來(lái) ， 現(xiàn) 代 許多 工 業(yè) 化 國(guó) 家 的 交 通 運(yùn) 輸 部 門 對(duì) 這 種 現(xiàn) 狀 的 重 視 程 度 還 是 不 夠 ——即在 交 通 工 具 上 沒(méi) 有 安 裝 方 便 有 行 動(dòng) 障 礙 人 士 上 下 車 的 設(shè) 施 ， 這 種 現(xiàn) 狀存 在 著 許 多 不 和 諧 因 素 ， 更 使 群 體 分 化 加 劇 ， 社 會(huì) 人 文 關(guān) 懷 程 度 的 下降 。 而 在 公 交 車 上 布 置 專 用 的 殘 疾 人 蹬 車 門 ， 并 在 此 基 礎(chǔ) 上 裝 配 殘 疾人 輪 椅 升 降 系 統(tǒng) 具 有 方 便 行 動(dòng) 不 便 人 士 上 車 的 顯 著 優(yōu) 點(diǎn) 。 例 如 :安 全性 好 、 機(jī) 構(gòu) 簡(jiǎn) 單 、 占 地 小 、 機(jī) 械 效 率 高 、 保 密 性 好 （ 指 動(dòng) 力 單 元 中 液壓 元 件 ） 、 壽 命 長(zhǎng) 、 成 本 較 低 等 。 這 些 優(yōu) 點(diǎn) 能 夠 極 大 地 反 映 著 一 個(gè) 社會(huì) 從 科 技 水 平 到 人 文 關(guān) 懷 等 各 方 面 的 發(fā) 達(dá) 程 度 。實(shí) 現(xiàn) 行 動(dòng) 不 便 人 士 蹬 車 無(wú) 障 礙 化 ， 并 實(shí) 現(xiàn) 通 過(guò) 司 乘 人 員 ， 以 及 經(jīng)過(guò) 專 門 培 訓(xùn) 的 人 員 對(duì) 此 套 機(jī) 構(gòu) 的 簡(jiǎn) 單 輔 助 操 作 。 首 先 應(yīng) 該 從 機(jī) 構(gòu) 的 可行 性 方 案 上 進(jìn) 行 深 入 討 論 ， 通 過(guò) 對(duì) 動(dòng) 力 單 元 研 究 著 手 ， 然 后 經(jīng) 過(guò) 反 復(fù)細(xì) 致 的 可 行 性 ， 安 全 性 分 析 以 及 對(duì) 整 個(gè) 系 統(tǒng) 的 運(yùn) 動(dòng) 校 核 ， 功 能 分 析 ，而 得 到 并 形 成 系 統(tǒng) 的 整 體 的 結(jié) 構(gòu) ， 并 且 針 對(duì) 本 系 統(tǒng) 的 特 點(diǎn) ， 來(lái) 選 擇 最適 合 的 系 統(tǒng) 方 案 。因 此 ， 本 文 首 先 就 方 案 的 選 擇 進(jìn) 行 了 研 究 。 于 設(shè) 計(jì) 者 掌 握 的 專 業(yè)基 礎(chǔ) 知 識(shí) ， 互 聯(lián) 網(wǎng) 上 的 相 關(guān) 資 料 以 及 國(guó) 內(nèi) 外 已 有 的 設(shè) 計(jì) 種 類 的 現(xiàn) 狀 ，經(jīng) 過(guò) 詳 細(xì) 的 方 案 調(diào) 查 ， 為 本 次 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 設(shè) 計(jì) 出 了 一 套 實(shí) 用 的 兼 用 殘 疾人 輪 椅 升 降 系 統(tǒng) 。 本 系 統(tǒng) 使 用 液 壓 回 路 中 的 鎖 緊 機(jī) 構(gòu) 作 為 動(dòng) 力 單 元 ，采 用 十 字 叉 式 舉 升 機(jī) 構(gòu) 。論 文 方 案 選 擇 的 論 證 開(kāi) 始 ， 詳 細(xì) 介 紹 了 方 案 分 析 、 設(shè) 計(jì) 流 程 和 計(jì)算 流 程 ， 并 進(jìn) 行 了 必 要 的 動(dòng) 力 系 統(tǒng) 總 體 結(jié) 構(gòu) 設(shè) 計(jì) 、 傳 力 機(jī) 構(gòu) 的 設(shè) 計(jì) 校核 等 。 主 要 用 于 實(shí) 現(xiàn) 對(duì) 市 內(nèi) 交 通 工 具 為 滿 足 行 動(dòng) 不 便 的 人 士 的 升 降 平臺(tái) 的 設(shè) 計(jì) ， 實(shí) 現(xiàn) 對(duì) 其 能 順 利 上 下 車 ， 進(jìn) 一 步 體 現(xiàn) 人 文 關(guān) 懷 。關(guān) 鍵 詞 ： 兼 用 殘 疾 人 輪 椅 升 降 系 統(tǒng) ， 升 降 平 臺(tái) ， 系 統(tǒng) 計(jì)算 校 核 ABSTRACT畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）報(bào)告紙共 頁(yè) 第 頁(yè)┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊裝┊┊┊┊┊訂┊┊┊┊┊線┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊We all know, it’s a problem for the senior citizen and the disable to go outdoor in any state How the problem is solved shows society’s degree of progress from technology level to human concern. But for a long time, many modern industrialized country show little concern on the current transportation problem, they neglect to equip machinery for the disable to login in or out the bus. There exists some unharmonious problems in the phenomenon, it may cause the apartment for the public concentration and the reduction on the human concern. Equipping special door for the disable in the general distribution for the bus, and equipping elevating system for the disable on the basic of the door have advantages. For these advantages,safety,easy-operating,volum saving, high efficient, good package(hydraulic power unit),long using time and low cost is the prior concern for the manufacture and the public. These advantages greatly show the degree of progress from social technology to the human concern.To realize the no-disturb for the disable to login and the special trained servant to operate this set of machinery， we should first talk deeply about the feasibility of this machinery. Through the analysis on the power unit, the analysis on the feasibility ,safety, movement evaluating and the analysis of using afterwards, we establish the general structure, and we can also choose the suitable structure according to the system. Therefore, we first study the choose on the structure. Based on the knowledge, some file on the internet and the current state of the relevant machineries home and aboard, we have performed up-to-date study and design a set of elevating system for the disable to login on bus. This system uses hydraulic locking-current as the power unit and uses sole machinery for elevating.
