黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設計
摘 要
本課題是進行HFJ1020A后驅動橋的設計。主要研究的內容有主減速器設計、差速器設計、車輪傳動設計、轎殼設計、制動器總成設計主減速器設計、差速器設計、車輪傳動設計、轎殼設計、制動器總成設計。主要解決的問題:方的案選擇,驅動橋的形式,齒輪的計算及校核,制動器的設計計算。盡量使設計內容運行穩(wěn)定可靠,成本降低,適合本國路面的行駛狀況和國情。確保設計出結構簡單、工作可靠、造價低廉的驅動橋,使其使用性能更好,更安全,更可靠,更經濟,更舒適,更機動,更方便,動力性更好,污染更少。
本次畢業(yè)設計經過了從選題、調研、設計方案的制定到設計計算、總成圖及零件圖的繪制,結合計算數據及實物完成了驅動橋、制動器、主減速器總裝圖的繪制,半軸、主從動雙曲面錐齒輪零件圖的繪制,完成設計說明書,達到所設計的驅動橋基本上接近實驗室驅動橋教具,從中受益頗豐。
本次設計的驅動橋總成最終能保證發(fā)動機輸出的動力能夠有效得傳遞到驅動車輪上,從而使汽車行駛可靠,平穩(wěn),達到預期目標。

This graduation design passed from selected subjects, research and design for the design calculations, the assembly and the combination of parts, the data and physical finished axle, the brake and the final figure of gear, semiaxis, hypoid gear, completed the design specifications and design axle to the lab is basically axle instrument that benefit from the lot.
The design HGC1050 Axle assemblies can guarantee that the final output power can be effective have passed to the drive wheel, and so reliable, and the car smoothly to the expectation aim.
