摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)針對燃煤廢氣的性質(zhì),采用電除塵,選用由濕式石灰石/石膏法改良優(yōu)化后的雙循環(huán)濕式石灰石FGD工藝(DLWS)來脫硫。電除塵技術(shù)比較成熟,具有除塵效率高,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,維護(hù)量小。濕式石灰石/石膏法改良優(yōu)化后的雙循環(huán)濕式石灰石FGD工藝:石灰石的利用率大97%以上,運(yùn)行可靠,沒有備用吸收塔,可以多臺鍋爐使用一個(gè)吸收塔;脫硫率達(dá)90%以上,高的可達(dá)95%;凈化后煙氣經(jīng)冷卻塔排出而不進(jìn)煙囪。是比較好的一種脫硫技術(shù),適合中大型電廠。
