摘 要
本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的模具發(fā)展技術(shù)以及冷沖壓技術(shù),針對要設計的連接板零件級進模設計,確定沖壓方案后進行帶料排樣方案的選擇與設計,沖裁及彎曲工藝計算,在此基礎上制定了零件的加工工藝,正確卸料方式及級進模的總裝結(jié)構(gòu)設計,各部分零件設計以及壓力機的選擇,主沖裁方案的制定:本次設計采用沖孔—落料級進模模具生產(chǎn),因為級進模生產(chǎn)只需一副模具,尺寸精度較高且生產(chǎn)效率高,安全檢測自動化,操作安全,故采用沖孔落料基金模具設計的形式。
