摘 要
介紹了一種前置式開(kāi)溝機(jī)的工作原理、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用情況，并分析了其特點(diǎn)。上世紀(jì)80年代,國(guó)內(nèi)研制出比較有代表性的大型圓盤開(kāi)溝機(jī)、小型圓盤開(kāi)溝機(jī)、鏈條開(kāi)溝機(jī)、螺旋開(kāi)溝機(jī)及拋土開(kāi)溝犁等機(jī)型,并批量生產(chǎn)。其中,生產(chǎn)使用較多的為前置式小型圓盤開(kāi)溝機(jī)。但是這些開(kāi)溝機(jī)存在功耗大、拋土不勻,在泥濘田地?zé)o法使用的問(wèn)題,為此提出一種小型開(kāi)溝機(jī)刀盤的新設(shè)計(jì)方案,并進(jìn)行理論分析。 新型前置式開(kāi)溝機(jī)，屬于農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械技術(shù)領(lǐng)域。該機(jī)包括用于安裝連接在手扶拖拉機(jī)的前方機(jī)架上的機(jī)架臂及機(jī)架臂上安裝的刀盤、皮帶輪、齒輪箱，刀盤中心低于手扶拖拉機(jī)的前方機(jī)架的高度。安裝連接在手扶拖拉機(jī)的前方機(jī)架上的機(jī)架臂是向下傾斜的或者中間呈彎曲狀態(tài)，使開(kāi)溝機(jī)距手扶拖拉機(jī)的距離縮短，降低了前方的重力距；還使刀盤距地高度降低，從而降低了開(kāi)溝機(jī)作業(yè)時(shí)手扶拖拉機(jī)的傾斜角度。本實(shí)用新型結(jié)構(gòu)新穎，合理、簡(jiǎn)單，生產(chǎn)制造容易，特別是降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高開(kāi)溝的直線性和工作效率，有利于延長(zhǎng)柴油機(jī)的使用壽命，有極大的推廣實(shí)用價(jià)值和廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。
