摘 要
鎂碳磚是國際上新興的耐火材料產(chǎn)品,鎂碳磚具有高耐火性,良好的抗熱震性、抗剝落、抗渣性。它的使用延長了爐襯的使用壽命,是一種廣義的新型節(jié)能材料,各國都在大力開發(fā)鎂碳磚生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。本設計是年產(chǎn)55000噸轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼用鎂碳磚MT-14B和MT-18C生產(chǎn)車間設計,采用電熔鎂砂和鱗片石墨為主要原料。研究鎂碳磚的發(fā)展、性質(zhì)、分生產(chǎn)工藝等,詳細的敘述了本次設計產(chǎn)品的工藝流程,設備選取和布置。通過計算選取出生產(chǎn)過程中所需的主要設備,對輔助設備進行了合理的選則。本設計的主要特點是布局合理,成本低,生產(chǎn)工藝流暢。

Abstract
Magnesia refractories is internationally emerging products, magnesia with a high fire resistance, good thermal shock resistance, spalling, slag resistance. Its use extends the life of the lining, is a broad new energy-saving material, countries are vigorously developing magnesia production technology.My task is a workshop design for annual output of 55,000 tons of converter steelmaking Bricks MT-14B, and MT-10A , using fused magnesia and flake graphite as the main raw material.The design study magnesia-carbon brick through the development and nature of production processes,a detailed description of this process of product design,equipment selection and layout.Calculated to select the necessary equipment and materials in volume.The main features of this design is a rational layout,low cost production,process smooth.
