摘要
當(dāng)今社會(huì),隨著科技的發(fā)展,礦山搖擺式輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,人們對(duì)輸送機(jī)的研究從來(lái)沒(méi)有停止過(guò),為了滿足不同的需求,出現(xiàn)了各式各樣的輸送機(jī),有搖擺式輸送機(jī)和帶式輸送機(jī),平板式輸送機(jī)等為了把自己所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)理論更好的應(yīng)用于實(shí)際,以搖擺式輸送機(jī)為目標(biāo),該輸送機(jī)主要有三部分組成:連桿機(jī)構(gòu),電動(dòng)機(jī),還有個(gè)減速器,它的設(shè)計(jì)是在連桿機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇,減速器零件的設(shè)計(jì),其中包含有:軸,齒輪,軸承的設(shè)計(jì)和校核,材料的選擇和附件的設(shè)計(jì),最后完成減速器裝配,從而構(gòu)建了礦山搖擺式輸送機(jī),相比其他幾類傳輸機(jī)而言,該減速器結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,裝拆使用都很方便,適用范圍也比較廣,一般可應(yīng)用于煤礦運(yùn)輸,也可用于礦山一類的材料運(yùn)輸。

Abstract
Today's society, along with the development of technology, mining sway conveyor application of more and more extensive. People on the conveyor of the study have never stopped. In order to study their expertise in theory better applied to practical, to sway for the transmission of goals. The design of transmission linkage is in motion analysis on the basis of the choice of motors, parts of the design reducer (shaft, gear, bearing the design and verification), the complete reducer assembly, which built a swing-transfer machine.
