7、d many sizes to bala nee dema nds for capacity, impact resista nee, weight and in stallati on dime nsions. Besides han dli ng large feed rates with coarse blasted rock, a primary feeder must also take the material impact from dump trucks or wheel loaders. San dvik offers a range of pri

SV-H, FOR YOUR HEAVIEST DUTIES The heavy duty desig n of the SV-H feeder pays off in ope n pit applications with coarse feed of up to 1000 mm, and large hopper volumes, up to 200 m

9、3. The SV-H is desig ned to match the largest jaw crushers and impact crushers available. It scalps and bypasses material effectively to relieve the crusher, as well as removes low quality fine material. The feederrugged body is all welded for maximum impact rigidity. Replaceable abrasi on resista

10、 nt (AR) steel wear liners are used on all exposed area, and suspe nded on coil spri ngs are moun ted for minimum tran smissi on of dyn amic loads. The SV-H has a heavy-duty double shaft mecha nism with gears in oilbath lubrication and a separate electric motor and v-belt drive ensuring reliable an

11、d precise feed rate adjustment by speed and stroke. The feeder has two grizzly sect ions (in tegral type) in the top deck for separati ons from 75 to 225 mm. An in stallati on at six degrees helps keep the grizzly clea n and in creases feedi ng and scalping capacity in a con trolled way. A cross-te

12、nsioned opti onal sec ond deck can be in stalled for removal of n atu- ral fin es. SV, FOR HIGH CAPACITY FEEDING AND SCALPING The SV-un it is desig ned for high capacities, from 300 to 1400 t/h, in primary and sec on dary feedi ng application. The low profile makes the SV feeders cost-effective to

13、in stall. The 3 sta ndard hopper volume is 26-45 m with max feed size up to 1 500 mm. The SV feeder is highly adjustable for tailored performa nee, tha nks to the follow ing: adjustable grizzly gaps, easy adjustme nt of stroke len gth by extra coun ter weights, gear wheel tran smissi on facilitat

14、ing easy adjustment of stroke an gle, spri ng pedestals for in cli natio n adjustme nt, and optional electrical or hydraulic speed (capacity) adjustme nt. With the SV un it, the maintenance is easily done and kept to a minimum. The heavy-duty double shaft mecha- n ism with gears are in an oi

15、l-bath for exte nded service in tervals, thick replaceable wear plates are mounted on all exposed surfaces, and the mecha nism is easily dism oun ted for easy servic ing. SW, THE BEST FOR MOBILE PLANTS San dvik SW feeders are specially developed for mobile and portable pla nts, and small to medium

Compact and high capacity with an effective grizzly desig n and an opti onal sec ond deck for fines removal, they have proved equally well-suited for shot rock as for gravel. Dual sect ion grizzly desig n allows for a step that turns over large material, effectively libera

17、ting more fin es. The two-sect ion grizzly reduces the bar len gth which en ables sufficie nt taper of the bars. The separate feed unit gives better flow control than vibrating grizzly feeders as it can be regulated based on what tonn age is actually reach ing t

31、he subseque nt crusher. COMPACT INSTALLATION The live hopper volume is maximized and the total height mini mized by in cli ned side plate upper edges. Power con sumpti on for the un its is moderate despite the use of four motors. The ST un its give low dyn amic loads and very little excessive mov

32、ement duri ng start up and stopp ing. EFFICIENT SCALPING The feeder scree n offers very good separati ons since it runs in depe ndent- ly of the feeder. Consequently, the stroke len gth, stroke an gle and motor speed can be optimized for effective scalp ing and fines removal. The top deck has two

33、grizzly sect ions with a step in between for efficient scalp ing and to keep the grizzly from peggi ng. The sec ond deck has tensioned scree ning media and a steeper inclination for better fines removal. The linear motion vibration and drive size en sure eno ugh accelerati on (g-force) to keep the

39、le in terface and several opti ons to facilitate in stallati on. The desig n and wide size range of San dvik pan feeders is adapted to make proper access around crushers possible and decrease the total cost of the in stallati on. Both base moun ted and suspe nded in stallati ons can be

SIMPLE PACKAGED FEEDING SOLUTIONS Fully engin eered feed chutes guara n- tee proper in stallati on, reliable ope- rati on with in a very wide capacity range and with the right flow geometry for very high capacities. The SP feeder is prepared for simple dust en capsulati on .It has an

41、 adjustable in cli natio n from 0-12 degrees to adapt to differe nt materials and installation requirements. High sidewalls effectively preve nt spillage and simplify feed chute desig n. The feed rate can either be adjusted by repositi oning weight segme nts in the drive or during operation using a

42、freque ncy con verter. RELIABILITY AND HIGH PERFORMANCE SP feeders offer large drive un its and proper feed chutes desig ned to make high feed rates even of coarse materials possible. The dual un bala need motors, rotate in opposite direct ions and self-s ynchronize to give the feeder pan its line

43、ar motion. The self synchro- ni zati on means that no gearbox or other tran smissi on is n eeded. The lin ear moti on (stroke) of San dvik pan feeders will en sure efficie nt and accurate operati on as well as low liner wear. 58、ds without affect ing the feed rate. They han dle sticky material well and can allow dump ing of large size material directly since they always reta in some material on the reciprocati ng plate. MUL TIPLE FEED RA TE ADJUSTMENT POSSIBILITIES The feed rate is easily adjustable, both by cha nging th

59、e stroke len gth and the stroke freque ncy. Stroke adjustme nt can be done without stopp ing the feeder, completely automatically, remotely or man ually by hand. 60、ARY RECIPROCA TING FEEDER SH is a heavy reciprocati ng feeder for large primary stati ons with large volume, high drop height or where very large dump trucks are used. It has a robust feeder plate, skirts with an effective double wiper side seali ng system and rear seali ngs, wear liners and a hydr

61、aulic drive unit with hydraulic cyli nder, hoses and a con trol system (optio nal). SH feeders are supported from below and a separate feed hopper or chute is used.
