支板的沖壓工藝與模具設(shè)計
摘 要
本設(shè)計題目為復(fù)合模具設(shè)計，采用典型倒裝復(fù)合模具設(shè)計。通過工藝分析，工藝方案的確定，確定了模具設(shè)計的方向；通過對支板零件尺寸的分析，確定了毛坯尺寸，計算沖裁力，來計算壓力中心，選擇壓力機(jī)和壓力機(jī)的噸位。
本設(shè)計運(yùn)用了沖裁工藝及模具設(shè)計的專業(yè)知識。首先，通過分析制件的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝，去選擇模具的類型；然后，分析了制造制件所用的材料進(jìn)而確定凸凹模的尺寸，也為凸、凹模的材料及壓力機(jī)選擇提供有了依據(jù)。最后經(jīng)過總體分析沖裁件的特征，確定了模具設(shè)計參數(shù)，選擇其他零件及卸料裝置。
