摘 要
苗木在我們的日常生活中隨處可見,但是用于修剪苗木的機械往往十分笨重,工人的勞動量很大。因此我們迫切需要一種可以修剪多種造型苗木的手推式苗木修剪機。
為了完成本次設計工作,首先確定手推式苗木修剪機的重要結構,然后分別設計和計算包括液壓系統(tǒng)在內(nèi)的重要零部件。
本文的創(chuàng)新點主要有:⒈運用creo軟件對修剪車進行三維建模,并機械有限源分析,對結構進行優(yōu)化2.運用液壓升降機構,使修剪的高度可以自動調(diào)節(jié);3.為了使修剪機的修剪高度可以得到調(diào)節(jié),在機體的支撐架用到了齒輪齒條傳動;4.為了使修剪的寬度范圍得到調(diào)節(jié),修剪的籬刀可以左右移動; 5.籬刀的可以調(diào)整三個角度,能夠修剪更多造型的苗木;

Abstract
Nursery stock can be seen everywhere in our daily life, but the machinery used to prune seedlings is often very cumbersome and the workers are very productive. Therefore, we urgently need a kind of hand - pushing pruning machine for pruning seedlings.
In order to complete the design work, the important structure of hand type seedling pruning machine is firstly determined, then the important parts, including hydraulic system, are designed and calculated respectively.
The main innovations of this paper are: 1. Using 3D modeling creo software of trim car, and machinery Limited source analysis, optimize the use of the 2 hydraulic lifting mechanism on the structure, which can automatically adjust the height of pruning; 3 in order to make the mower mowing height can be adjusted, in the body of the support frame used in gear rack transmission in order to make the adjustment; 4 trim width, Hedgerow pruning knife can move around; 5 hedge knife can be adjusted from three angles, can trim more seedlings;
