摘要 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生故障時(shí),時(shí)常伴隨著異常聲音出現(xiàn)。分析了幾種故障產(chǎn)生的原因及異響特征,并提出了排除方法,以供參考。

(1)柴油機(jī)工作粗暴引起的異響,俗稱(chēng)“敲缸聲”;低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),聲音強(qiáng),在距發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)十幾米遠(yuǎn)處聽(tīng)得比較真切;同時(shí)伴隨著起動(dòng)困難,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)著火后,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不平穩(wěn),冷卻水消耗較快。這種異響是由噴油時(shí)間太早引起的,應(yīng)當(dāng)重新調(diào)整供油提前角。
