板料折彎機液壓系統(tǒng)設計
摘要:折彎機對折彎金屬板料具有較高的勞動生產(chǎn)率和較高的折彎精度。當折彎不同厚度的板料時,應選擇不同開口的V槽,若采用不同形狀的上下模具,可折彎成各種形狀的工件。
本設計主要設計折彎機的液壓系統(tǒng),在整個設計過程中,不影響設計要求的情況下,本設計能用標準件的在盡量采用標準件,從而提高整個折彎機的性價比。因而本設計主要對液壓系統(tǒng)中的液壓缸和油箱進行了設計。
在設計過程中我參考了很多設計手冊。使我學會了很多知識,讓我了解到作為一個設計工程師所必須作的事。而且我又在不影響液壓缸性能的前提下進行了一些創(chuàng)新,使缸的制造成本有些降低。但對缸的某些復雜結(jié)構(gòu)進行了簡化,對于油箱的設計,我在遵守設計手冊要求的前提下,增加了一些輔助功能,使油箱更趨于完善、合理。以使我在本次設計中得到更多的鍛煉,更適應將來的工作。
此次設計對于提高工作效率節(jié)約工作時間具有較好的意義,為向數(shù)控和智能化折彎機進行設計打好基礎。

Abstract:The machine have high productivity and precision when it working on plank materials. When the machine breaking different thickness plank materials, we should select distinct molds, which have different V-groove. If use different shape up-down molds the break machine could turn plank materials into distinctive components.
The design mainly relate to Hydraulic pressure system. Though the whole design, I try my best to use standard-part, if the use not effect the system’s request, so that I could get higher property-price scale. So the design I do is mainly about the Hydraulic pressure vat and . Fuel tank of the Hydraulic pressure system.
The design of the integrated use of the mechanical design and other courses of knowledge, analysis and mechanical design to solve the problem, further consolidate, deepen and broaden the knowledge acquired. When I design Hydraulic pressure vat and Fuel tank,I make the structure simpler and more reasonable. Of course, my change not only effect its function but also enhance it. I try my best to carry out best design.
The design saves the operating time and improve the efficiency of working .It is have a better sense for us ,and build the foundation for us to design the numeric control and the intellectualized break-machine.
