摘 要
本次為一沖壓級(jí)進(jìn)模即安裝耳環(huán)級(jí)進(jìn)模模具設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)先根據(jù)任務(wù)書分析零件的尺寸、材料、批量,確定沖壓模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝方案。通過計(jì)算,確定模具的沖裁力以及壓力中心。完成排樣設(shè)計(jì),選擇壓力機(jī),進(jìn)行凸模與凹模刃口尺寸的計(jì)算,最后設(shè)計(jì)選用零、部件,對(duì)壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行校核。進(jìn)行模具三維圖的繪制,以及三維裝配。將三維轉(zhuǎn)二維,得出模具的二維裝配圖以及各模板的二維圖。在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,主要對(duì)凹模、凸模、定位零件、卸料出件裝置、模架、沖壓設(shè)備、緊固件等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),其他零件直接選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本設(shè)計(jì)在設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),結(jié)合了Proe、Auto cad、的使用,進(jìn)行模具三維以及二維的設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá),在壓力中心計(jì)算時(shí)由于比較困難,所以直接采用Auto cad計(jì)算,本設(shè)計(jì)在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),對(duì)部分零件進(jìn)行了加工工藝分析。
