5.1.4 典型夾具夾緊力計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析與計(jì)算
??在保證機(jī)床正常、可靠工作的條件下,夾緊力愈小愈好。如果盲目地加大夾緊力,就會(huì)造成如下惡果: 加大了夾具驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的尺寸;為提高與夾緊力相關(guān)聯(lián)的夾具剛性而使夾具過(guò)于龐大;增加了工件在夾緊時(shí)的變形而影響加工精度。因此,正確確定夾緊力顯得十分重要。典型夾具夾緊力計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析與計(jì)算包括螺旋夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的夾緊力分析與計(jì)算、楔鐵夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的夾緊力分析與計(jì)算、偏心夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的夾緊力分析與計(jì)算、其它夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)的夾緊力分析與計(jì)算。
