1.畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的背景:
起升機(jī)構(gòu)是用來實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物升降的,它是天車中最基本的機(jī)構(gòu).起升機(jī)構(gòu)主要有驅(qū)動(dòng)
裝置、傳動(dòng)裝置、卷繞裝置、取物裝置及制動(dòng)裝置等組成。
起升機(jī)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造是:電動(dòng)機(jī)通過聯(lián)軸器與減速的高速軸相連,而減速器的低速軸
帶動(dòng)卷筒,將鋼絲繩卷上或放下,經(jīng)過吊鉤組,是吊鉤上升或下降。
其中聯(lián)軸器為齒輪聯(lián)軸器,通常將齒輪聯(lián)軸器制成兩個(gè)半齒輪聯(lián)軸器,中間用一
段軸連起來,這根軸稱為浮動(dòng)軸或補(bǔ)償軸。制動(dòng)器一般為常閉式的,它裝有電磁鐵或
電動(dòng)推桿作為自動(dòng)的松閘裝置與電動(dòng)機(jī)電氣連鎖。減速器一般采用半封閉式的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兩
級(jí)圓柱齒輪減速器。
卷筒安裝在轉(zhuǎn)軸上,卷筒軸一端支撐在雙列調(diào)心球軸承上,另一端與減速器低速
軸連接,支撐在減速器軸的內(nèi)腔和軸承座中。

橋式起重機(jī)是機(jī)械制造工業(yè)和冶金工業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛的一種起重機(jī)械,它既不占據(jù)地面作業(yè)面積.
又不妨礙地面上的作業(yè)可以在起升高度和大、小車軌道所允許的空間內(nèi)擔(dān)負(fù)任意位置的吊運(yùn)工作。
本課題設(shè)計(jì)的橋式起重機(jī)的重要組成部分━小車起升機(jī)構(gòu).根據(jù)所給設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)小車主起升機(jī)構(gòu)
進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。

摘要
起重機(jī)械廣泛應(yīng)用于工礦企業(yè)、港口碼頭、車站倉庫、建筑工地、海洋開發(fā)、宇宙航行等各個(gè)工業(yè)部門,可以說陸地、海洋、空中、民用、軍用各個(gè)方面都有起重機(jī)械在進(jìn)行著有效的工作。
起重機(jī)械與運(yùn)輸機(jī)械發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在,已經(jīng)成為合理組織成批大量生產(chǎn)和機(jī)械化流水作業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),是現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)的重要標(biāo)志之一。在我國四個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展和各個(gè)工業(yè)部門機(jī)械化水平、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的提高中,起重機(jī)必將發(fā)揮更大的作用。
此次設(shè)計(jì)的起重機(jī)為50/10t雙梁橋式起重機(jī),主要用于各車間、分段生產(chǎn)線和鋼材堆場(chǎng)等處。橋式起重機(jī)本身作橫向移動(dòng),車架上的絞車作縱向移動(dòng),吊在絞車上的吊鉤作垂向移動(dòng),三個(gè)方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)的合成才能使起重機(jī)起作用。為了防止橋式起重機(jī)在駕駛員看不清楚具體的吊鉤運(yùn)動(dòng)方式,地面上一般配備有起重工進(jìn)行指揮或夾、放吊鉤。
本課題主要對(duì)50/10t雙梁橋式起重機(jī)的主起升機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)過程中查閱了大量國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)資料,所做的設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了大量的專業(yè)課程。首先通過確定傳動(dòng)方案,選擇滑輪組和吊鉤組,選擇合適的鋼絲繩,計(jì)算滑輪的主要尺寸,確定卷筒尺寸并驗(yàn)算其強(qiáng)度,計(jì)算高速浮動(dòng)軸,選擇合適的電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、制動(dòng)器和聯(lián)軸器。要求起重設(shè)備運(yùn)行平穩(wěn), 定位準(zhǔn)確, 安全可靠, 技術(shù)性能穩(wěn)定。

Abstract
The hoisting machinery widely applies in the industrial and mining establishment, the harbor wharf, the station warehouse, the construction site, the ocean development, the astronautics and so on each industry sector, it may say that the land, the sea, airborne, civil, the military each aspect has the hoisting machinery to carry on the effective work.
The hoisting machinery and the transport machinery develops to the present, have already became the reasonable organization in groups mass productions and the mechanization streamlined production foundation, it is the one of modernized production important symbols. In our country four modernizations' development and each industry sector mechanization level, in labor productivity's enhancement, the hoist crane will certainly to play the major role.
This design of hoist crane is the 50/10t double beam bridge type hoist crane, mainly uses in various workshops, the partition production line and the steel products dump site and so on place. The bridge-type hoist crane itself makes the derailing, on frame's winch makes the longitudinal shift, hangs makes the vertical migration on winch's lift hook, three direction's movement's synthesis can cause the hoist crane to have an effect. In order to prevent the bridge-type hoist crane to look at not the clear concrete lift hook mode of motion in the pilot, as soon as in the ground is a match has the heavy industry to carry on the direction or to clamp, puts the lift hook.
This topic mainly carries on the system design to the 50/10t double beam bridge type hoist crane's host hoisting mechanism, designed in the process to consult the massive domestic and foreign correlation data, did the design has utilized the massive special courses. First through the definite transmission plan, the choice block and tackle and the lift hook group, chooses the appropriate steel wire, calculates pulley's main dimension, the definite reel size and checking calculation its intensity, the computation floats the moving axis high speed, chooses the appropriate electric motor, the reduction gear, the brake and the shaft coupling. The request hoisting equipment movement is steady, the localization is accurate, safe reliable, the technical performance is stable.

Bridge Crane
Bridge crane is having an elevated track running in a bridge-type crane, also known as the crane. Bridge Crane in the laying of the bridge on both sides along the elevated track on the vertical run, lifting trolley along the bridge laying on the track in the horizontal operation, a scope of work of a rectangle, it can take full advantage of having the space below lifting materials from the ground equipment hindered.

(14)限位開關(guān)和聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)裝置,要經(jīng)常檢查。
(15)不允許用碰限位開關(guān)作為停車的辦法。
(16)升降制動(dòng)器存在問題時(shí),不允許升降重物。
(17)被吊物件不許在人或設(shè)備上空運(yùn)行。
(18)對(duì)起重機(jī)某部進(jìn)行焊接時(shí),要專門設(shè)置地線,不準(zhǔn)利用機(jī)身做地線。
(19)吊鉤處于下極限位置時(shí),卷筒上必須保留有兩圈以上的安全繩圈。
(20)起重機(jī)不允許互相碰撞,更不允許利用一臺(tái)起重機(jī)去推動(dòng)另一臺(tái)起重機(jī)進(jìn)行工作。
(21)吊運(yùn)較重的物件、液態(tài)金屬、易爆及危險(xiǎn)品時(shí),必須先緩慢地起吊離地面100~200mm,試驗(yàn)制動(dòng)器的可靠性。
(22)修理和檢查用的照明燈,其電壓必須在36V以下。
(23)橋式起重機(jī)所有的電氣設(shè)備外殼均應(yīng)接地。如小車軌道不是焊接在主梁上時(shí),應(yīng)采取焊接地線措施。接地線可用截面積大于75mm2的鍍鋅扁鐵或10mm2的裸銅線或大于30mm2的鍍鋅圓鋼。司機(jī)室或起重機(jī)體的接地位置應(yīng)多于兩處。起重機(jī)上任何一點(diǎn)到電源中性點(diǎn)間的接地電阻,均應(yīng)小于4Ω。
(24)要定期做安全技術(shù)檢查,做好預(yù)檢預(yù)修工作。
