法蘭盤只是一個統(tǒng)稱，通常是指在一個類似盤狀的金屬體的周邊開上幾個固定用的孔，用于連接其它東西。法蘭聯(lián)接在機械上應用很廣泛，所以樣子也千奇百怪的。本文主要是針對CA6140車床法蘭盤的加工工藝以及主要孔的工藝裝備設計進行論述。通過本文可以了解該法蘭盤的構造和它的整個加工過程以及其在加工過程中的注意事項。其次從側面了解到夾具設計的主要程序。最后還有針對該零件加工的組合機床設計。從各組件的選擇到加工參數(shù)的確定反映了目前該零件的市場價值以及發(fā)展前景。

This article is mainly directed against flange CA6140 lathe processing technology and the main hole of the process and equipment design on.
