摘要
本文是對尺寸小,精度要求相對較高,工藝比較復雜,生產批量大的接觸片進行設計。在對接觸片結構工藝性和材料加工工藝性正確分析的基礎上,采用敘述與計算相結合的方式,分別對級進模的沖孔、切口等工序進行了從材料的選擇到工作零件、定位零件、卸料零件、導向零件和安裝固定零件等進行了設計。在所有的工序中,翻邊工序的凸、凹模結構設計是難點,本文提出了在級進模的最后一道工序中采用復合模加工的新思路,討論了思路的可行性,并對其進行了整體和局部的結構設計。這種設計的思路有著良好的借鑒性。此級進模的設計,對以往的學習進行了一次綜合性的運用,對今后的工作也有相當大的指導意義。

This design has good ideas from nature. This progressive die design, the study of the past, carried out a comprehensive application, for the future work of a great guiding significance.
