刮板輸送機(jī)是礦山運(yùn)輸機(jī)械的重要組成部分。刮板輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)制造涵蓋了運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換、動(dòng)力傳輸、變速機(jī)構(gòu)、鑄鍛件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造工藝內(nèi)容。經(jīng)過(guò)分析,選擇刮板輸送機(jī)作為我們的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)選題,能夠比較全面的運(yùn)用所學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)和技能,綜合應(yīng)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的分析計(jì)算、結(jié)構(gòu)選擇、繪圖技能和機(jī)械制造基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),對(duì)我們的所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行概括總結(jié),對(duì)我們的綜合應(yīng)用知識(shí)能力進(jìn)行一次強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練并獲得提升,都是有益的。
本設(shè)計(jì)以煤礦實(shí)際運(yùn)輸條件為依據(jù),以訓(xùn)練提高綜合設(shè)計(jì)能力為目的,在設(shè)計(jì)中盡可能采用新的設(shè)計(jì)思想和設(shè)計(jì)方法,選擇更加合理的結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)參數(shù),力爭(zhēng)提高刮板輸送機(jī)質(zhì)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本,在充分吸收學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)有的刮板輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,參考有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)資料,查閱《機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》等工具書(shū),按照機(jī)械工程設(shè)計(jì)程序、方法和技術(shù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
主設(shè)計(jì)主要研究問(wèn)題有:礦用刮板輸送機(jī)的型式與性能比較、礦用刮板礦輸送機(jī)的整體選型、減速器的優(yōu)化、刮板鏈的設(shè)計(jì)、液力耦合器的選型等,設(shè)計(jì)出具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用要求的產(chǎn)品。通過(guò)這次設(shè)計(jì),鍛煉了自己調(diào)研分析、加工與整理、運(yùn)用工具手冊(cè)的能力,初步掌握了機(jī)械工程設(shè)計(jì)程序、方法和技術(shù)規(guī)范,提高工程設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、理論分析、圖表繪制、技術(shù)文件編寫的能力。
