Warming-up / Revision (5 ’) 1)Sing a song: Days of the Week. 2)Review the words about the days of the week. 2. Presentation (15 ’) 1)Ask and answer. T: How many days are there in a week? Ss: There are seven days in a week. T: How many days are there in a year? Ss: There are 365 days in a year. T拿出準(zhǔn)備好的日歷,ask Ss:How many months are there in a year? 借助日歷讓學(xué)生理解months的含義,并板書months. 2)Look, listen and read by themselves. 1.播放錄音,教師隨著錄音的內(nèi)容引導(dǎo)學(xué)生初步理解課文內(nèi)容。 2.T:Do you know what months they are talking about? Please read by yourselves and find the names of the months. 3)Listen to the tape again and repeat. 3. Practice (15 ’) 1)Ask and answer. Practise in pairs. Which is the first month of the year? Presentation (20 ’) 1)教師提問(wèn)學(xué)生的生日:Whose birthday is in January / February? 讓生日在1~2月的學(xué)生到前邊逐個(gè)介紹自己的生日,例如:Hi! Im xx.My birthday is in January.讓下面的學(xué)生注意聽(tīng),盡力記住每個(gè)人的生日月份(不能用筆記錄)。然后學(xué)生按任意順序站成一排,讓下面的學(xué)生憑記憶說(shuō)出他們的生日。從第一個(gè)開始,教師說(shuō)This is .... Start! 學(xué)生開始搶答,答對(duì)者得一分??纯凑l(shuí)的瞬間記憶好。 2)把數(shù)量相等的1~2月的英語(yǔ)單詞分別寫在紙條上,然后學(xué)生抽簽得到自己的月份,按照月份分成小組,以月份名稱為組名,如January Group;各小組討論在自己的月份里有哪些節(jié)日,學(xué)校有哪些活動(dòng),周圍的人會(huì)進(jìn)行哪些活動(dòng)。用英語(yǔ)記下來(lái),不會(huì)的可以用圖畫表示。最后向全班介紹展示討論結(jié)果。 3)Just write. 3. When is the Easter? 3)師生齊讀課文。借助圖片、簡(jiǎn)筆畫和手勢(shì)動(dòng)作幫助學(xué)生理解celebrating, Tree Planting Day等詞的意思,可以用漢語(yǔ)適當(dāng)解釋Easter以及Easter的一些習(xí)俗。 4)兩段話全部理解后,讓學(xué)生再完整地聽(tīng)一邊錄音,這一次要求學(xué)生跟讀,模仿語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)。 3. Practice (17 ’) 1)教師請(qǐng)學(xué)生分成小組完成學(xué)生用書第50頁(yè)的制作討論活動(dòng)。用硬紙板制作小相冊(cè),把小組各個(gè)成員的照片按照時(shí)間分類貼在相冊(cè)上,然后使用氣泡中提示的語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行討論交流。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生聯(lián)想復(fù)習(xí)以前學(xué)過(guò)的表達(dá)方式并運(yùn)用到交流中來(lái)。例如:Who is this? Where is he / she? Do you like ... ? 2)小組成員圍成一圈坐著,把照片收集在一起,打亂順序反扣在桌子上,像玩撲克牌一樣每人摸起一張,不要讓下家看到照片內(nèi)容。每個(gè)人讓下家猜:Who is this? Which month is it? What is he / she doing? 如果下家全部猜對(duì),就贏得這張“牌”。依次進(jìn)行,玩完一圈后接著重新摸“牌”,繼續(xù)游戲。 3)學(xué)生分組談?wù)撟约旱娜諝v卡片,教師號(hào)召學(xué)生多使用學(xué)過(guò)的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言。 4. Yes, they are singing and dancing. 5)再?gòu)念^放錄音,讓學(xué)生看掛圖跟讀。 6)用同樣的方法學(xué)習(xí)后面的一段話。借助圖片、簡(jiǎn)筆畫和手勢(shì)動(dòng)作幫助學(xué)生理解文中生詞的意思,必要的地方可以用漢語(yǔ)適當(dāng)解釋。 7)理解后,讓學(xué)生再完整地聽(tīng)一邊錄音,這一次要求學(xué)生跟讀,模仿語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)。 3.趣味操練 (Practice) 1)教師征求學(xué)生意見(jiàn),愿不愿意在模仿錄音的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)造性地談?wù)摫菊n圖片,學(xué)生先在組內(nèi)談?wù)?,然后班?nèi)交流,教師和學(xué)生共同評(píng)價(jià)。參考問(wèn)題: Which is the fifth month of the year? What holiday is in May? What are people doing in May? Which is the sixth month of the year? What holiday is in June? What are children doing in June? 2)日歷游戲: 學(xué)生4人一組,玩猜月份游戲。每組發(fā)放1~6月日歷卡片,卡片正面寫著月份的英文。把卡片反扣在課桌上,讓學(xué)生依次猜是哪個(gè)月份,每個(gè)學(xué)生一次只能猜一張。先說(shuō)一個(gè)月份的英語(yǔ)單詞,再翻開一張卡片,猜對(duì)的可以贏得卡片,看誰(shuí)贏得多。此游戲可以反復(fù)進(jìn)行。 3)教師請(qǐng)同學(xué)們分成小組,說(shuō)說(shuō)自己喜愛(ài)的月份和節(jié)日,挑出相關(guān)圖片,用自己的語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行描述。 4)四個(gè)學(xué)生根據(jù)課本內(nèi)容和自由討論的內(nèi)容,分別到前面表演5~6月份的活動(dòng),每人表演一種動(dòng)作,讓下面的學(xué)生猜表演的動(dòng)作是哪一個(gè)月的:Is it in June? Presentation (15 ’) 1)教師提問(wèn):How many month names have we learnt? Yes, we have learnt six.They are January, February, March, April ,May and June. 2)展示教學(xué)卡片:This is the fifth month of the year.Its May.領(lǐng)學(xué)生讀單詞,然后讀句子:May is the fifth month of the year. 3)用同樣的方法學(xué)習(xí)6月。 4)教師把卡片放下,讓學(xué)生閉上眼睛不要看書:Now,close your books and your eyes.Can you remember the names of the months? Just try! 讓學(xué)生自由說(shuō)月份名稱。這對(duì)學(xué)生是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn),也是檢測(cè)學(xué)生注意力是否集中的一個(gè)好辦法。 5)教師準(zhǔn)備放錄音:Dont worry.Lets listen to the tape.Listen carefully and try to remember the names of the months. 6)播放兩邊錄音,學(xué)生仔細(xì)聽(tīng),可以跟讀重復(fù)。 7)再次檢測(cè)學(xué)生的記憶情況:Close your eyes again and say the names after me.What is the sixth month of the year? 學(xué)生回答June,依次類推??梢苑磸?fù)多次練習(xí)。 8)學(xué)生兩人一組,按照上面的方式進(jìn)行問(wèn)答練習(xí)。 9)教師板書四會(huì)單詞,讓學(xué)生觀察模仿。 3. Practice (20 ’) 1)繪畫討論: 組織學(xué)生分組完成課本第52頁(yè)的活動(dòng)??梢苑殖蒑ay Group, June Group等。小組討論自己月份的常見(jiàn)活動(dòng),然后用圖畫表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。最后小組成員一起編對(duì)話,展示給大家。例如:I like June.June is the sixth month of the year.Look! Im singing. 2)播放chant錄音,教師簡(jiǎn)要介紹意思后,讓學(xué)生給chant配上動(dòng)作,然后跟著錄音邊說(shuō)chant邊做動(dòng)作。 4.
