摘 要
超精型花生聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)雙行作業(yè)，將花生的藤、果和土一同起耕。 三者一次性分離，一次完成花生的聯(lián)合收獲作業(yè)。具體的工作過程包括：分扶藤苗，起耕，梳果，碎土，輸藤，清送，輸果。
超精型花生聯(lián)合收割機(jī)根據(jù)花生的生長(zhǎng)特點(diǎn)以及收獲的工藝要求，合理地設(shè)計(jì)出關(guān)鍵工作部分，使得機(jī)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、分離徹底的特點(diǎn)。采用多面型粉碎齒，第一道粉碎就可以使土塊的破碎率達(dá)到70%以上；摘果刀片用于藤果分離；由輸送輪將藤苗輸向后面并拋出；分土后的花生進(jìn)一步清選后落入果箱。收獲后的果子可以直接上場(chǎng)。
該機(jī)器的成本低，適合小批的花生種植收獲。其工作效率相對(duì)于手工作業(yè)有了跨越性的提高。

ABSTRACT
Two-line operations of Ultra-fine peanut combine harvester, is planting vine and fruit of peanut in the soli. These three elements are separated once, so that peanut combine harvest work can be finished once. The detailed process includes: rotating seedlings, planting, combing fruit, pulverizing soil, transporting vines, cleaning and sending, and transporting fruit.
Ultra-fine peanut combine harvester is devised key working parts rationally according to growth features of peanuts and process requirements of harvest, which makes the agency with a compact, light weight, complete separation characteristics. Using multi-faceted type crushing teeth grinding can make the first clods broken rate of over 70%; picking fruit vine blade for separating; vine seedlings by the transport wheels will lose to the back and throw; peanut sub soil after further after cleaning fall fruit boxes. Fruit after harvest can play.
Low cost of the machine is suitable for small batches of peanut planting harvest. Its efficiency with respect to the manual work has improved leaps and bounds.
