摘 要
塑料制品具有原料來源豐富,價格低廉,性能優(yōu)良等特點。它在電腦、手機、汽車、電機、電器、儀器儀表、家電和通訊產(chǎn)品制造中具有不可替代的作用。注射成形是塑件成形的主要方法，因此應(yīng)用范圍很廣。本課題主要是針對拉線盤的注塑模具設(shè)計,注射材料為ABS。 ABS塑件具有重量輕、易清潔、耐腐蝕老化、強度高、使用壽命長，制作方便、價格低廉等特點。通過對塑件進行工藝的分析和比較,最終設(shè)計出一副合格的注塑模具。該設(shè)計從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性，具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā)，對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細的設(shè)計。
由于該塑件側(cè)面帶有溝槽，不易取出塑件，本模具采用了斜滑塊側(cè)向分型結(jié)構(gòu)，順利解決了這一問題。在設(shè)計過程中使用了很多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件，減少了設(shè)計的工作量。另外，在本設(shè)計過程中全程使用了pro/E和autoCAD制圖軟件，使設(shè)計更加智能化，簡單化，在降低了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計的工作強度同時，還使模具的結(jié)構(gòu)更加直觀，合理。

Abstract
Plastic products have rich material source, low price, excellent performance characteristics. It plays an irreplaceable role in computers, mobile phones, cars, motors, electrical, instrumentation, home appliances and communication products manufacturing. Injection molding is the main method of thermoplastic molding, so a wide range of applications. This topic mainly aimed at the pull disk injection mold design, the injection material is ABS. ABS plastic parts with light weight, easy cleaning, and corrosion resistance to aging, high strength, long service life, convenient manufacture, low price and other characteristics. Through the process of plastic parts for analysis and comparison, the final design of an injection mold. Process from the product structure of the project, specific mold structure starting on the casting mold system, mold forming part of the structure, the top out of the system, cooling system, the choice of injection molding machines and related parameters of the check, all are detailed design.
Because the plastic side is provided with a groove, it is not easy to take out plastic parts, the mold using the slanting sliding block side parting structure, successfully solved the problem. I used a lot of standard parts in the design process, effectively reduced the work load of designing. In addition, in the design process of full use of Pro/E and autoCAD drawing software makes the design more intelligent, simple, not only reduces the traditional design work intensity at the same time, but also makes the mold structure is more intuitive, rational.
