摘 要
從汽車(chē)誕生時(shí)起,汽車(chē)變速器在汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系中扮演著至關(guān)重要的角色。現(xiàn)代汽車(chē)上廣泛采用內(nèi)燃機(jī)作為動(dòng)力源,其轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速變化范圍較小,而復(fù)雜的使用條件則要求汽車(chē)的動(dòng)力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性能在相當(dāng)大的范圍內(nèi)變化。為解決這一矛盾,在傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置了變速器。
本文以哈飛路寶汽車(chē)的一些整車(chē)參數(shù)和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)參數(shù)為依據(jù),進(jìn)行變速器的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括變速器傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)布置方案的確定,變速器主要參數(shù)如擋數(shù)、傳動(dòng)比范圍、中心距、各擋傳動(dòng)比、外形尺寸、齒輪參數(shù)、各擋齒輪齒數(shù)的選擇,齒輪、軸、軸承的設(shè)計(jì)校核,同步器、操縱機(jī)構(gòu)及箱體的設(shè)計(jì)及對(duì)軸的有限元分析。
在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,本文根據(jù)轎車(chē)變速器的設(shè)計(jì)要求和車(chē)輛動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)自身的特點(diǎn),參考多篇文獻(xiàn)資料,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外變速器設(shè)計(jì)圖冊(cè),從經(jīng)濟(jì)性和實(shí)用性方面著手進(jìn)行分析,設(shè)計(jì)出一種兩軸式五擋變速器。

ABSTRACT
Since automobile was born, the transmission has played a critical role in the drivetrain. Modern cars widely uses engines as the power source. The range of torque and speed are small, but complex using conditions require the automobile’s dynamic and fuel economical efficiency can change in a very large range. To solve this contradiction, transmission is set up in the drivetrain.
The transmission is designed based on engine parameters and vehicle parameters of Ha Fei Lu Bao automobile in this text. The main design contents include the layout program of transmission drive-mechanism, the selection of main transmission parameters such as shifts, the range of gear ratio, center-spacing, each gear ratio, size, gear parameters and the numble of each gear, the design and verification of gears, shafts and bearings, the design of synchronizer, manipulation-framework and gearbox.
Bases on the design requirement and the characteristic of power transmission system, consulting a great deal of literatures and transmission design drafts from both home and overseas,at economical efficiency and practicability angle, a small kind of two-shafted five block transmission is designed.
