摘 要
土豆挖掘機(jī)的設(shè)計是礦井運輸中的咽喉設(shè)備,是溝通礦井上下的紐帶。它的運行狀態(tài)好壞對煤礦安全生產(chǎn)起著重要的作用。實踐表明,因挖掘機(jī)設(shè)備故障造成生產(chǎn)損失的情況時有發(fā)生。因此,對其開展故障診斷和狀態(tài)監(jiān)測維修工作是十分必要的。
本文中介紹了挖掘機(jī)機(jī)的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)特點以及工作原理,對挖掘機(jī)機(jī)進(jìn)行了選型設(shè)計,確定了工作參數(shù),選用了最新型的JKMD-2.8/4多繩摩擦式挖掘機(jī)機(jī)。
文中分析了挖掘機(jī)機(jī)的常見故障現(xiàn)象,通過對挖掘機(jī)機(jī)主軸承進(jìn)行潤滑及磨損狀態(tài)分析后,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在嚴(yán)重磨損現(xiàn)象,認(rèn)為尤其在加減速階段,應(yīng)該對挖掘機(jī)機(jī)進(jìn)行故障診斷和狀態(tài)監(jiān)測。提出了狀態(tài)監(jiān)測維修的必要性,并將狀態(tài)監(jiān)測維修與其他監(jiān)測方法比較,得出狀態(tài)監(jiān)測維修的優(yōu)勢所在。本人進(jìn)行了故障診斷方法的研究,通過對幾種主要診斷方法比較論證后,認(rèn)為鐵譜監(jiān)測方法為首選方法。
本人對挖掘機(jī)機(jī)主軸承油樣進(jìn)行了鐵譜分析,制定了取樣規(guī)范和主軸承狀態(tài)判據(jù),并伴有監(jiān)測實例。特別是鐵譜制譜參數(shù)優(yōu)化組合。比較了幾種常見鐵譜儀后,選擇我校研制的KTP-1型鐵譜儀,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料所述經(jīng)驗推薦值,進(jìn)行了鐵譜制譜參數(shù)優(yōu)化組合試驗,得出相對最佳組合試驗參數(shù)值:粘度稀釋比3:1,成譜轉(zhuǎn)速70r/min,滴液速度2.0ml/min。試驗成果對現(xiàn)場有一定的參考意義。

ABSTRACT
The coal mine hoisting technique is in the mine pit transportation pharynx and larynx equipment, is communicates about the mine pit. Its running status quality produces the vital role to the coal mine safety. The practice indicated the hoisting technique breakdown creates the situation which the production loses to sometimes occur. Therefore, to its development breakdown diagnosis and the condition monitor maintenance work is extremely essential.
This article introduced the hoisting composition, the unique feature as well as the principle of work, have carried on the shaping design to the hoisting, had determined the operational parameter, selected the newest JKMD-2.8/4 multi-ropes to rub the type hoisting.
In the article, the hoisting common breakdown phenomenon has been analyzed, through carries on the lubrication and the attrition state analysis after the hoisting main bearing, discovered the existence serious attrition phenomenon, thought is adding the deboost phase especially, should carry on the breakdown diagnosis and the condition monitor to the hoisting. Proposed the condition monitor service necessity, and compares the condition monitor service with other monitor method, obtains the condition monitor service the superiority to be at. I have conducted the breakdown diagnosis method research, through after several kind of main diagnosis method comparison proof, thinks the hard spectrum monitor method for the first choice method.
I have carried on the hard spectrum analysis to the hoisting main bearing oil type, formulated the sample standard and the main bearing condition criterion, and accompanied by the monitor example. Specially hard spectrum system spectrum parameter optimum composition. After several kind of common hard spectrometers, has chosen my school development the KTP-1 profiled iron spectrometer, unifies the domestic and foreign correlation datas to state the experience to recommend the value, has carried on the hard spectrum system spectrum parameter optimum composition experiment, obtains the relatively optimal fit experiment parameter value: The viscosity dilution compares 3:1, becomes spectrum rotational speed 70r/min, dropping liquid speed 2.0ml/min. The experimental achievement has certain reference significance to the scene.
