摘 要
球磨機(jī)是通過(guò)圓筒內(nèi)的鋼球在材料之上作用來(lái)碾磨材料的,是一種能有效的碾磨多種材料的工具。其被廣泛地被用于建材、化工、選礦等行業(yè)。
球磨機(jī)的能量利用率很低,這和物料在磨內(nèi)分布情況有極大的關(guān)系。越靠近筒體的外層運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,研磨作用越大。而磨機(jī)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)時(shí),物料進(jìn)入筒體就直接落入內(nèi)層,內(nèi)層的物料要經(jīng)過(guò)較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間才能進(jìn)入外層充分碾磨,從而損失了大量能量。
為了使物料合理地分布,對(duì)磨機(jī)進(jìn)料部分進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。將舊式的直角下料溜改為傾角式下料溜,使物料溜角大于休止角,物料順暢進(jìn)給。合理的選取進(jìn)料點(diǎn),使物料直接進(jìn)入筒體外層。最后通過(guò)計(jì)算和一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),確定進(jìn)料裝置的材質(zhì),物料填充率,筒體適應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)速和磨機(jī)功率等相關(guān)參數(shù)。

Abstract

The ball mill energy use factor is low, the distribution situation has the enormous relations with the material in grinding. Therefore discovered more approached the grinding machine outer layer, the abrasive action is bigger. When grinding machine actual production, the materials entered the mill to fall directly the inner layer, the process dynamics analysis, the inner layer material had to through the long time to enter the outer layer, reduced the production efficiency greatly.
In order to cause the material to be quickly even, it has made the improvement to grinding machine feeding. First the old-style right angle feeding change the inclination angle type, then slide the angle to be bigger than stops the angle, will cause the material fast smoothly to enter. Then reasonable selection feeding spot, causes the material to enter the tube body outer layer directly. Finally through the computation and empirical dates, had determined the device material, the material feeding rate, the mill the rotational speed and the grinding machine power and so on.
