鹽城工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 2006半精鏜及精鏜氣缸蓋導(dǎo)管孔組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)（夾具設(shè)計(jì)）摘要：本組合機(jī)床是氣缸蓋半精鏜、精鏜組合機(jī)床，在完成 “三圖一卡”的基礎(chǔ)上，主要完成夾具設(shè)計(jì)。這個(gè)課題來源于江蘇高精機(jī)電裝備有限公司，是為了適合流水線生產(chǎn)，提高目前的生產(chǎn)效率、加工精度，從而降低加工成本而設(shè)計(jì)的。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中借鑒了國內(nèi)外一些現(xiàn)有的組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)資料，還參考了一些與本課題相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料。 設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容為組合機(jī)床的總體設(shè)計(jì)和夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。夾具的設(shè)計(jì)是本次設(shè)計(jì)中一個(gè)重要的部分。在夾具設(shè)計(jì)方面，首先，原有機(jī)床采用多工序加工，加工效率低，加工尺寸不容易保證，而且位置精度也不高。改進(jìn)后，采用一次裝夾，同時(shí)對進(jìn)氣和排氣孔進(jìn)行鏜加工，提高了加工效率。其次,夾具采用一面兩銷定位，保證了導(dǎo)管孔及氣門閥座孔對定位銷孔的位置精度。夾緊方式采用液壓夾緊，改變了原來的手動(dòng)夾緊，提高了工作的效率。最后，對相應(yīng)部分進(jìn)行了計(jì)算、分析、校核。本組合機(jī)床具有提高生產(chǎn)效率，滿足工件的加工精度，減少了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)的要求。關(guān)鍵詞：組合機(jī)床；夾具；定位；夾緊半精鏜及精鏜氣缸蓋導(dǎo)管孔組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)（夾具設(shè)計(jì)）The modular machine tool design for half finished and finished boring of cylinder cap pipe hole (jig design)Abstract: The modular machine-tool is defined as half finish and full finish boring machine with cylinder lids. In addition to the accomplishment of “Three drawings and one card”, the major task is to finish the design of jigs. The project originally from Jiangsu Gaojing Mechanical & Electrical Equipment CO.,LTD. Ltd aims to cater to the assembly line and improve effectiveness and processing precision so as to reduce the cost. During the process of design, I drew lessons from international and national data, and referenced some literature material related to the topic.The designs cover the overall ones of the assembled machine and jigs. Firstly, as far as jig design, the main part of the designs, is concerned, the original machine tool has characteristic of multi working procedure machining, effectiveness, difficult machining size guarantee, and low location precision. After being improved, both the air inlet louver and outlet louver are bored by jigging just once, which not only improves effectiveness but also guarantees machining hole sizes. Next, in order to ensure the process precision and production efficiency of boring machine tool ,the jig uses ‘one surface-two sell’ .the way of Clamps is hydraulic pressure clamping, which replaced by Manual clamping. It can enhanced the work efficiency. At last, carry on the computation, the analysis, the examination to corresponding parts. The advantages of this modular machine-tool are production efficiency, high precision of processing, reducing labor intensity of the workers. Key words：modular machine-tool; jig; location; clamping
