隔熱層 Insulation layers
層間粘貼緊密，同層錯縫，內(nèi)外層壓縫，伸縮縫留置、充填正確
The layers should be stuck to each other tightly; the joints seams on the same layer should be arranged in a staggered way; inner/outer layers seams should be provided / filled with correct compression seams and reserved expansion seams.
采用成型預(yù)制塊和纏裹材料時,接縫應(yīng)錯開,嵌縫飽滿,厚度偏差符合規(guī)范規(guī)定
When pre-fabricated blocks and wrapping materials are used, the joints should be arranged in a staggered way; The seams should be fully filled and the angle deviation should be within specification.
采用散狀材料和澆灌材料時，填充應(yīng)密實、均勻，厚度偏差符合規(guī)范規(guī)定
When materials that are in bulk and need to be poured are used, the filling should be dense and uniform, and the deviation in width should be within specification.
防潮層粘貼于保溫層上，不允許有局部脫落和鼓包現(xiàn)象，表面平整，厚度符合規(guī)范規(guī)定

保護層 Protection layers
金屬保護層應(yīng)壓邊，搭接縫避開雨水沖刷方向，不允許有局部脫殼和凹凸不平的地方，表面平整度符合規(guī)范規(guī)定
When metal protection layers are used, the edges should be pressed and the lap joints should be located where they cannot be flushed by rainwater. Neither local decorticating nor unevenness is allowed. The surface flatness should comply with relevant code.
卷材保護層應(yīng)緊貼表面，不應(yīng)有褶皺和開裂
Coiled material protection layers should be in good contact with the surfaces, and there should be no folding and cracking.
抹面保護層應(yīng)平整、光滑，端部棱角整齊，不應(yīng)有顯著裂紋，表面平整度符合規(guī)范規(guī)定
Plaster protection layers should be flat and smooth and the edges and corners should be made neatly. There should be no obvious cracks and the surface flatness should be in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
檢查口、人孔、觀察孔以及管件等處周圍做成45o斜坡，并做防潮層密封
A slope of 45o should be provided around the inspection holes, manholes, observation holes, and pipe fittings, etc. And damp-proof layer sealing should be provided.
管支、托架處的隔熱層不應(yīng)影響活動面的自由伸縮
Insulation layers at the pipe supports and shoes should not affect free expansion of the non-fixed sides.
