機柜、盤、臺的安裝布置、銘牌、型號、位號、數(shù)量、外形尺寸、儀表開孔尺寸符合設計要求
Installation and position of cabinets, panel and consoles, label, type, tag number, quantity, dimension and hole size of instrument are in conformity with the design.

儀表、DCS內部組件的型號、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、安裝位置符合設計要求，無破損、松動、脫落

DCS機柜、儀表盤、操作臺的垂直度、水平度、盤間接縫間隙、頂部高差、正面平面度符合規(guī)范要求，與基礎型鋼之間采用防銹螺栓牢固連接
Verticality, levelness, clearance between panels, height difference on top and front flatness of DCS container, instrument panel and operation desk are in conformity with the design, and foundation structural steel is fixed by rust-proofing bolt.

機柜、儀表盤、操作臺及室內地板下、電纜溝內無塵埃、異物，電纜出、入口應封閉
No dust or foreign object exists in machine container, instrument panel, operation desk, underground and cable ditch, and the entrance and exit of cable should be sealed.
