畢 業(yè) 設 計 說 明 書 ( 論 文 ) 中 文 摘 要如今科學技術發(fā)展很快,特別是微電子技術和計算機技術的發(fā)展更快,應用到數控系統(tǒng)上,它既能提高機床的自動化程度,又能提高加工精度,所以最經濟的辦法就是進行普通機床的數控改造。本文主要是采用微機數控技術對最大加工直徑為 400mm 的普通臥式車床進行改造設計。首先對臥式車床的改造任務和功能需求進行了認真分析,其次確定了普通臥式車床數控改造的總體方案,包括主傳動系統(tǒng)的改造方案、換裝自動回轉刀架、螺紋編碼器的安裝方案、進給系統(tǒng)的改造與設計方案。最后經過計算切削力、滾珠絲杠設計計算、齒輪及轉矩有關計算對絲杠、齒輪等進行了選型,詳細設計出了橫向進給系統(tǒng)。關鍵詞 數控技術 改造設計 橫向進給 車床畢 業(yè) 設 計 說 明 書 ( 論 文 ) 外 文 摘 要Title Design of Horizontal Machine based on Numerical Control Technology --Design of Lateral Feeding System AbstractToday, rapid development of science and technology, especially micro-electronics technology and computer technology have expanded rapidly, and applied to the numerical control system, it can increase the degree of automation, machine tools, can improve the machining accuracy, so the most economical way is to carry out general transformation of the NC machine tool. In this paper, using computer numerical control machining technology to the maximum diameter of 400mm for the general transformation of the design of horizontal lathe. First of all, the transformation of the horizontal lathe tasks and functions carried out a careful analysis of needs, and secondly to determine the general horizontal lathe CNC overall transformation program, including the main drive system of the transformation program, installed automatic rotary tool, the installation of encoder thread program, the transformation of feed system and design.
